I would have to say Kill la Kill. While I am sure that it may have a good plot overall, I only watched like 7 episodes, it was just way too nude for me.
It isn't that I don't like nude characters in anime, it was just how exaggerated it all was in that show which bothered me.
Oh, that and Boku no Pico which is self-explanatory.

Something that came to mind is Sora no Otoshimono: Final. It isn't the worst, or even close. But it's the most frustrating manga adaptation. Instead of the third season that was originally planned, they settled for a movie. A short movie that couldn't have possibly contained the original ending. So instead of even making a proper ending at all, it mainly focuses on this emotional part, throws in SoL scenes, and explains nothing. It's not too bad, but the manga deserves more than this.
I was heavily disappointed with SAO2's second ark. They managed to fuck up their second ark once again. A-1 fucked again. I have no faith in that studio now

I did not like the first episode. I read some chapters of the manga so I put it back on my list. But I still haven't gotten around to watch it. (That was 1 year ago)
My most recent, least favorite anime was Yuri Kuma Arashi. It was like watching soft core porn on Cinemax. The story was written by Square Enix and filmed and directed by David Lynch. You struggled to understand what is going on for most of each episode, and then at the end you are always like ,"Oh, that's what happened. Why the hell did they direct the show that way?" So yeah... the whole anime is like poetry... I HATE poetry. Everything is an allegory or a euphemism. There are constant abstract ecchi scenes that are happening in another dimension, someone's dream, or ??? . Ultimately, the story is told in the most pretentious manner, and they lace in nipple-less boobs and girls kissing to try and keep you watching.

These are like the only anime that I really dislike
and I've seen my share of anime
so in my books they're all the worst anime of all time.
yuru yuri is shit no matter what anyone says. there was no story at all. this is why I didn't like Sakura Trick, either. I have no idea why people rave about these (actually I do, it's those lesbians. you're all so shallow).
I fucking hated Blood+.
But other than that there's only a few anime that I've disliked, and that's normally airing shit that I've said I'll watch and don't like.
Oh yeah, and Sakura Trick. That shit was just 'let's find an excuse to make these two girls kiss'.
Not that I minded the kissing, but the anime was too boring to hype me up for it.

Yuushibu I mean, most anime in this genre is shitty, but this one was beyond any redeeming quality.
Claymore Started out looking pretty cool, but the ending which is among the worst I've ever encountered in any form of media, painfully stretched "in fight banter" and the protagonist overall really made me dislike it.
Highschool of the Dead I was hoping to enjoy a good zombie-anime, but the plot just felt like an excuse fanservice (which was distastefully obtrusive, ruining action scenes).
Date A Live I can enjoy harems but this one was just painfully awful to watch, the fucking hype good character design can build, eh?
Mirai Nikki Seemed pretty cool from the start but wound up being absolute dog-poo, it just went off the rails in my opinion, and the protagonist is a faggot only trumped by the unprecedented faggotry of the MC from Claymore.
Blade & Soul Just don't watch this pile of poo.
Angel Beats! The entire story is a massive plot hole, it's just all over the place. It's not the worst anime I've seen, the soundtrack is pretty good and it made me laugh in parts, but the hype I heard before watching it really made it seem much worse than it actually is, to me.

I can't really think of any anime I strongly disliked. If I had to choose one, maybe I'd choose Ninja Slayer but I barely watched it so I don't really want to judge it from the get go, y'know :T

Well its not necessarily an anime, but the School Days visual novel, damn that was so farking bad.
I always aim for 100% completion in all my VN's but hell, I hated school days so much after one ending.
