It is high time for the Axis to escalate things to the fullest extent.

Add Bethlehem to Bathory, Sleep, Eyehategod, Absu, Nifelheim, Mortician, Mystifier, and Brujería for metal bands that I only discovered through that movie. As much as I love that opening riff, I always yearn to hear "Jesus Loves Me" instead before the opening scream, hehehe.
Don't know if it's attachment to the film or not but I also think this is Bethlehem's best song. The vocals are on some insane Silencer shit in a way few of his other tracks come close to.
Four years of hardcore gaming in the Pacific Theatre spanning over a 3-hour journey listening to 110 tracks from birthing your first flagship to becoming the master of the seas. From the 23rd of April, 2013 to the 29th of August, 2017, this is the pinnacle of our adventure and is still going strong.

Not the song I was expecting to get me up in the morning, but hell, I'll take it! ^^
Recently learned that Exit Trance is on Spotify so that has given me an excuse to listen to it again!
Probably the best anime character single I've heard so far. It captures a side to her character that was always there but never explicit.

Japanese is such a beautiful language for song. On a related note, I really oughta finish this animu sometime.
Going back to my roots.
Everyone's listened to Fortunate Son, but the Vietnam War produced

The one downside to learning Japanese is that the more you understand a language, the harder it becomes to appreciate the pure rhythmic/melodic qualities of the language because the you can't focus on the sounds as sounds instead of words. But of course understanding the words makes it more than worth it as a trade-off.
Haven't seen the anime but I can't recommend the VN enough. The art is amazingly unique but still kawaii in the way an anime should be. I'm a bit scared to attempt the anime because it doesn't have those beautiful color palettes that make the characters look like painted marble.
Everyone's listened to Fortunate Son, but America's extended excursion in 'Nam produced a ton of underrated anti-war classics, most of which remain especially relevant today.
