Just finished the first episode, so far I'm loving it!

fucking SAME this is great

Finished the series, it's earned a place in my top ten. Thanks for recommending it Compa!

The manga was great, and the work the author did before, Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, was hilarious, too.

I haven't seen the anime yet, though I plan to, but if you liked the anime, give both books' series a shot.

Should I read the manga before watching the anime? I'm already a few episodes in.. fuck

I generally find that when it comes to anime/manga, I prefer to watch the anime first then read the manga after. This way you can already have a lot of the character voices in your head, and then you get to see all the extra content that didn't make the cut into the anime. By doing it this way, I don't get that "the book was better" syndrome because instead of criticizing the anime for not including everything I wanted, it's like all the extra details are bonus content I didn't even know about. Think of it as a "glass is half full" outlook on reading vs watching TV

hmm

yea im almost done the anime already..

I'm glad you liked it! I was pretty surprised at the quality of it myself, this show really deserves more recognition than it gets.

It really is something... I still need to read the manga, and I want to check out Yankee-kun to Megane-chan as @[deleted] mentioned. I'll probably do that when I'm finished with Fate/stay night and Fate/Zero

I need a new anime to watch help me out, im in bed, with laptop, with whiskey. Halp

I really liked this show, finally an anime where they actually finish a season without any cliffhanging.

a month later

I actually have this anime in my to watch list.

Will probably end up seeing it sooner than expected.

You'll enjoy it, I was suprised at the quality of the anime and I'm kind of sad that it ended.
