p-please create a dream journal. If you have the ability to dream, then do it.

I heard there's a way to dream more frequently by doing a specific diet/workout.

"Legend says, that if you clap five times in your bed and eat an entire can of Pringles in one minute, and then go to sleep within the next few seconds, your dream will be about Barney the Dinosaur."

I tried that and dreamt about having a gangbang. I pretty much get fucked in the ass by one guy, jerk off two guys, and give a blowjob to the last guy.

The only dream I remember vividley was when I was in a silent-hill sort of world. I was with three other people and we explored a church which had girls in white bowing down towards the entrance. It ended in me shooting myself in the head on purpose, but by accident.

Accidentaly on purpose actions in dreams are the worst. I remember this one time I dreamt that my mom asked me for a glass of water but when I thought I was giving her a glass of water I was actually stabbing her. Then I got really scared and stabbed myself and woke up. It was really unsettling, I love my mom.

Apart from that, I usually don't remember my dreams. I do remember they tend to turn lucid when I realize I can breathe underwater.

It feels good though waking up from a dream where you accidently caused harm to yourself. Feel some of the blood ooze out when you wake up.
What's your experience with hypnosis? I tried it once and it's just something.

I had such a dumb dream last night. I left a tube station to find that a nearby tube station had been captured by terrorists and the people inside had been held hostage. However on the streets there were so many millitary vehicels and troops it was almost as if they were going into a war zone. For some reason I met my brother and father and we walked in the opposite direction the vehicles were going.

However at that point I can't really remember why or how we ended up in a small shop watching the news and trying to figure out what was going on with some other people. The scenary had gone from general UK light trees and bushes to sun soaked, dusty middle-eastern type plains. The building we were in was the only one for hundreds of meters around. Off in the distance I saw a couple of jeeps drive past with your typical IS style footsoldiers. I remember recognising the stereotypical garb they were wearing and being incredibly scared. At this moment another Jeep pulled up along side the store, I looked out of the window towards the car and I met eyes with a soldier of some form. I couldn't tell if they were friend or foe but I know I was absolutely terrified at that moment. And that's when I woke up. Scary stuff.

All of my dreams seem to take place in a town I haven't lived in for five years, its kind of wierd. The people I know now are there, as well as those I knew there, but I've never seen anything from my current town.

ive been having some weird ones lately
last night i had a dream in which i was sitting in a lake and there were dead rats floating around me but i didnt seem to be bothered
that was pretty much it

>Once I had a dream I was living with ikaros from sora.
>She was the gf.
>Lewd things happened.
>We lived a happy life.
>Woke up.
>Realises no gf.
>tfw no gf.

I seem to have recurring dreams of hermaphrodites and Antarctica. I have had a dream (in Antarctica) where i was viewing the world in third person, but it was weird cause at first i was playing a game of it then me and the controller disappeared and it was just me being in third person.

Lately I've been having dreams about shooting up again. I though I was done with those dreams.

Drugs are bad kids.

I had an extremely disconcerting dream earlier, though it wasn't really scary - mostly unsettling. I can't remember what it was about, though I did wake up in a cold sweat in early morning and had to sleep under my covers for the rest of the morning. Kind of concerned what it was, and not sure if I actually want to remember.

I don't dream often, largely because I don't get enough sleep. That said however, my dreams can be very vivid when they do happen, and I scrawl everything down on my phone as soon as I wake up.

Last dream I had was about this rich, genius inventor girl. I recall her name as Jane.

Jane lives in a bad home. The house itself is also flying, but that's not important.

One night, with the assistance of the servants, Jane's father brutally kills her mother (and her secret boyfriend) by drowning them with a breathing mask full of water. Just as he's about to off Jane with a shotgun, a beautiful goddess (who bore an uncanny resemblance to Milla Maxwell) appears in a flash of light, and slices him in half.

Hurrah, Jane is saved! But there's a catch. As Ersatz-Milla wipes the blood off her sword, she feels a searing pain upon her back. Don't ask me the details, but apparently Jane made some sort of lamp powered by ultra-rare "blackrock". Milla grabs the lamp, and smashes it against the hardwood in an explosion of sound and shattered glass.

After killing Jane's father, his associates, and all the people she'd once considered dear, Milla leaves Jane in the dark silence of her room. She looks over the musical instruments she made herself, then at the shattered lamp bulbs, before finally collapsing to her knees in despair.

Perhaps strangest of all, I remember a clear narration as the whole thing faded to grey: "Monsters create monsters. Though her genius was still intact, that was the day Jane lost much of the joviality of childhood."

I'll go with the baddest of my dreams, and then i'll list the rest of the dreams i remember, since i could wrote them down or tell them to someone
Bad
there was one time I was really downed while in higschool and I dreamt I was looking at a screen, the screen showed a vid of a guy in an intense argument with what I think were his friends, the guy suddenly pulleds out a gun and points at his company, only to put it on his head and commit suicide; the screen shuts off. I look away and notice there's a pistol, and I slowly but without hesitating point at my neck, my trachea; so I pulled the trigger and felt myself fall in a soft surface, ignoring my need to breathe so I don't get anxious, I believed it was my end. I randomly sighed in resignation, it was something unexpected and I realized pretty fast, with my eyes still closed I touched my neck, and there were no sings of blood or holes anywhere. I opened my eyes in disbelief, finding myself over my bed clean and unhurt. I remember crying as I wished that wasn't a dream

the rest, those i'll purpletext/greentext them

visit friend
friend lives in a 24 floors buliding
in the ground floor there's a lady selling various stuff
I ask her if she has a remington shotgun
she says yes, and she sells it to me w/ ammo
go up to my friend's apartament
he opens
after saying hi i hand him the shotgun and tell him it's for going to the south and hunt trucks
that's because my friend is a mapuche native and the media keeps bitching about armed mapuche people attacking drivers and burning down trucks coming from companies that stole their land to contaminate and shit
when i told him he didn't find it offensive at all, he laughed

and this

mom has new friend
a blonde lady about the same age as mom
takes care of me while mom is out and dad is working
the catch is she's actually okay with me being trans, even allowing me to dress girly
i was wearing a blouse, my skirt, my socks, black flats and my hair was long
calls me alexandra when mom's not there
she tells me she got to see my mom at church
Because mom is the teacher of a knitting course irl and she uses one of the rooms of the church as classroom for all the ladies
i go with her, but stop at the church's gate
she says goodbye, that she'd keep my secret
i say thanks
realize I don't have a car
realize i have to walk all the way back to my house
realize it was nighttime
while i'm alone i notice how people whistle at me and tell me the dirtiest things
i'm scared
I got to my home's door and looked inside through a window
there's someone inside sitting in front of a computer
maybe it's my brother
i try to plan my way inside, maybe going to the roof or sneaking through my neighbor's house
I decided i was going to get to my room over the roof
i was getting myself ready when i feel someone gently pulling my skirt
it was a kid about half my size
it was a group of kids about half my size
one of them asked me why i was wearing a skirt.
"none of your bussiness" i said
another one asked why i was spending so much outside this house
"none of your bussiness", i said
one of the kids call me a sissy
I turn around to confront him all pissed off and a kid rushes to the door, knocks it
by kicking it
I see the silhouette of my brother standing up
i freak out
forcefully ask the kid why did he did that
the door's getting open
I run away
woke up in despair

Four dreams this past week. Can't remember any of them.

I notice that the more exhausted/tired I am when I sleep, the more susceptible I am to dreaming/having a nightmare. However, it also seems hard to recall what it was I dreamt as soon as I wake up. It's like a double-edged sword.

I don't usually have/remember dreams, but the ones I do are almost always nightmares. Just a few notable ones. I'll spoil them, because too long

I once had a dream where I walked down a long, dark road, there were plenty of houses, but the lights were off, the blinds were down, I was isolated in public. I walked slowly, listening to my own footsteps, like I always do in real life when I walk alone at night, for fear of hearing another's behind me. I walked down the road, down a sidewalk, occasionally, very, very rarely, I'd walk past a person or two. They'd always be fully illuminated despite the darkness, and they never moved, never made a sound, but I could feel their eyes, oh so lightly I knew they were staring at me. I didn't approach them, and walked as far from them as I could, while going down the road. I don't know if they were antagonistic, I don't think I was eve scared, but I was a bit tensed up, as I always am, alone outside at night, and often when I'm inside too. Eventually, I stopped watching where I was going, and started watching my feet as I walked, head hung low. After minutes of this, I hear a loud barking, there is a german shepard, seemingly very aggressive. But the dog wasn't looking at me, it was looking slight to my right and behind me.  I woke up feeling uncomfortable.

This one kind of makes me laugh, because it's something that usually would be spooky, but I didn't care almost at all while it was happening.
Once I helped a family pack up all their belongings, move their stuff around, clean, etc, I was helping them move to a new house. Shortly after this happened, I had a dream where I was in their now mostly empty house, it was nighttime, naturally. There didn't seem to be any power, or maybe I just never checked if the lights worked. What was odd is, this dream started in the bathroom, with the door closed, the lights off, a situation that would normally, illogically, terrify me. I don't like bathrooms much, you see. I had a flashlight with me for some convenient, but inexplicable reason. The first thing I did was shine the flashlight in the mirror, here's what would normally be spooky, the reflection was all wrong, even what some might call demonic. I didn't react in the slightest, just turned around and walked to the living room/dining room, which for some reason had a new and rather nice looking table.I swung my flashlight about, to see various parts of the house, there were whispers, feelings on the back of my neck, all sorts of the usual paranormal tomfoolery, but I didn't care. It wasn't until I turned to the sound of the table sliding that I got even a little spooked, because the child of the couple I helped moved, about 16, was there, staring at me rather boredly. Their cute, but needy dog Tyson was there too, also staring at me.He waved at me and said something I don't remember, and I agreed with him and woke up. It makes me giggle wihen I think how little I cared about the spooks, but bgot spooked some kid and his dog.
I don't get why dogs are both at the end of both of these.
Other nightmares are a bit too wacky, random, insane or cliche for me to ramble about though, just stuff like jumping too high and getting scared of falling back down, or a woman under the bed trying to kidnap me for something or other involving sex.

I was driving a car on this never ending highway with some girl in the passengers seat who wore all white. She had black hair and all you could see from her was her lips. Well when I was driving she would occasionally talk to me. She then said something that I couldn't hear then ended the sentence with "daddy" (mind I am only 18 and never had a child nor close to having one). As soon as she said that I collided with a truck that came out of nowhere and now the whole car I was driving was destroyed bursting into flames. She was outside of the car standing over me and just smiled. After the car exploded I was falling down a deep dark whole. All I could see was a white light on the ground before I hit it I woke up.
That was my nightmare. :L

I had a dream last night which contained me murdering people. I shot one in the back of the head like it was no big deal. Then my stomach turned. I knew I was done in for at that point, but I shot a couple more. I then thought that my life had ended, and IIRC I then killed myself...

What does this say about me...?

a month later

I don't tend to remember my dreams. Maybe I should start keeping a dream journal.
One time though, I had a lucid dream, so I decided to go outside (in the dream) and cover the ground with warm snow. It was pretty damn cozy :3

5 days later

I had a dream the other night that went into a coma for 3 years.

I'm starting to lose a lot of the events of the dream as I didn't write it down but I remember that all of my friends had moved on with their lives and I would never see them again, they had all finished school and I still needed to. My own family would barely talk to me as well. Worst of all my body was 3 years older but my head was 3 years younger. I felt like I was living in a world where my knowledge and thought process was 3 years old. I felt like it would be impossible to catch up. I remember asking questions like "Whats going on in ukraine?", "What happened to turkey?", "How was wow legion?" I felt so behind on everything and it was just horrible.

When I woke up all I could think about is the things that changed and the things that I would've missed. It would be so horrible to be 3 years behind in time, locked to old ideals and knowledge that everyone has moved on from.

I dreamt the other day that I was riding a horse bareback down the beach, but I had no control. The horse kept turning to look at it's baby that was supposed to follow it, but every time it looked back it was farther down the beach as it was left behind. I felt sad that the baby was being left behind, but me and the horse knew it had to be.

I think it was supposed to mean I need to accept that moving ahead sometime was means leaving behind something you love to become a better version of yourself. I've been thinking lately about how I want to find more things I like doing but was worried about forgetting other things I love.

I think I'll start writing my dreams down so I can share them.

I've remembered like 3 dreams my whole life, so sadly I can't take part of this discussion :c
