I try to hide it.
I really don't act myself around most people; I'm typically just really silent, using sarcasm to mask my autism/crippling depression.

I stopped hiding it when I started walking around campus with Touhou plushies hanging off my backpack. The people who think that stuff is weird, I'm not going to be friends with anyways. Trust me, I've tried to infiltrate the normies using my class clown traits, but in the end I can't fake having a GF and knowing who won every football game that weekend.
I'd rather come off as a huge weeb and at least talk to people I don't have to actively impress. Just a little pro tip: know your shonen. If you're going to talk about K-ON or whatever show you wouldn't want your dad to find out you watched, just make sure they're on the same page, or you have a good presentation on how to describe your affection for the cute and the lewd.
And if I had to rate my powerlevel, maybe Piccolo after he merges with Kami.
ITS OVER 9000!!!!
I'm seriously considering not hiding my power level anymore; I feel like I was a lot happier before I started concealing who I am.
I've got the first volume of Monster Musume in my bag as I ride the train. I... I think I'd like to read it.

Meh, do what you like. As long as you don't start asking the other passangers whether they'd prefer to fuck the spider or the snake, you'll be fine.
Evidence I don't hide my power level:
All my close friends know what I'm into so I don't have to pretend around them. When getting to know new people I'll usually just mention anime as one of many things I like (which isn't false). I used to act ashamed of it but increasingly I decided that I hate hiding who I am. Though when someone asks me what my favorite is I'll probably say something like Evangelion that's well-known so I don't look like a hipster (it is one of my all-time favorites so it's not a lie either). I usually have an anime girl on my phone wallpaper, but no one's needed to see it.
Evidence I do hide my power level:
I'm on a college campus and don't have anyone coming into my dorm room (all my best friends are at home in another state), so I go all-out with my computer backgrounds, with a shuffle of ecchi imagery. That would be something I'd try more to hide. I also have some sexy figures back at my dad's house and put a makeshift curtain over them. Not that he wouldn't be accepting, but I think it would be too embarrassing/awkward. I want to get a daki now so I really need to get a place of my own after graduation.
I guess it depends on the situation? I think I'll approach full IDGAF phase soon though, I'm moving much more in that direction.
I might as well & confessed & say I'm considering in hiding my power level from girls & women & i guess I'll include my family including my parents & my friends because if she finds out/found out she'll never wants to date or marry me because there are some stuff about me that they'll never understand about.
Yep as 1 example is that hentai, hentai manga, doujinshi & fakku books as part of stuff about they'll never understand & no i don't know am i in the closet or open about me that I'm a hentai fan,i love hentai & i love hentai stuff & no i don't know should i stay in the closet or be open about me that I'm a hentai fan,i love hentai & i love hentai stuff.
Other then that for now i haven't decided yet if I'm going to hide my power level or not so for now at the moment no I'm not hiding power level like i said i haven't decided yet if I'm going to hide my power level or not including when & if i put myself out there dating again & if i choose to
.
LoliPantsu wroteSo do you guys hide your power level in publi?, or are you open about your love for anime, manga and other weeaboo shit? I never really saw the point in being a closet anime fan, seems kind of lame and insecure to me. But of course, if you're too open about it and force it on others you'll just look like a massive faggot.
I'm pretty open about it myself, I don't try to hide anything but I try not to talk about it with normies or people who have only seen anime aired on western T.V.
Uugh normies , i guess im the same too ..
Here are the stats for my OC Lucia Mochizuki (my avatar). Sorry for making a long post.
Age: 17 (16 March, 2202 AD)
Soul Gem: Spring Green
Weapon: Celeste (Spear with lightning element)
Tier: 8-A
HP: 2,750 / 2,750
MP: 1,400 / 1,400
Base Damage: 160-235 (2x if max HP is 20% or lower)
Physical Resistance: 30% (2x if max HP is 20% or lower)
Magic Resistance: 50% (invulnerable if max HP is 20% or lower)
Abilties: Can shoot chain lightning up to 3 enemies, every hit she connects with the pointy end deals halved damage to MP as shock in addition to HP, can deflect only energy projectiles.
She is very agile, somewhat strong, but not OP. In large outdoor battles, she can summon random mythological creatures to aid her.
When her max HP reaches 20% or lower, she will go berserk, doubling her base damage and damage resistance, and can call a thunderstorm that can deal massive damage within several klicks, but it only lasts for a few minutes.
Strategies: She is a tough cookie to beat, as her soul gem is on the crown, so about the only way to damage her is repeatedly hitting her on the head for full damage, whereas anywhere else will just make things harder. Once her HP is whittled down to about 1/5, immediately switch to melee, as she becomes invulnerable to magic at that point.
Upon defeat, she will scream in agony that can be heard for up to 5 klicks before vanishing in a flash of light.
Where does her matter go when she vanishes? Does it evaporate somehow?
MAUSJAUS wroteWhere does her matter go when she vanishes? Does it evaporate somehow?
When a Lucian dies, there is a delay equal to how long he/she says their final words. Once vanished, their fate is governed on how powerful their wish was at the time of making a contract. If it's a common wish, they go to the Afterlife to stay there for an eternity (think Angel Beats). In extreme cases, they leave no trace.
Since her wish is to protect her world against despair, when she dies, it is the latter, making her death permanent.
Edit: As of 5/18, my OC has passed away.
One of the reasons I love mentoring highschool kids is that I don't need to have a filter around them. They're still largely unacquainted with the rigid social norms of the professional world, so I'm free to say I own a body-pillow and riff on some dude's hentai collection.
I kinda wish more people were like that. And if they are, I wish they'd show it more often. ^^
Considering I openly wear a Zone-tan shirt in public, it's safe to say I don't hide my power level.
Only at work and university. I work for a criminal judge, it's not a good place for share my power level. :3

It's been a while since I've heard that name. Have they done anything recently?
The latest thing I can find is on newgrounds from February 2017

XXXtreme Ghostbusters is the most recent thing I've seen, and that was some time ago.
I haven't met someone else that likes anime, manga, and is a serious perv (under control) out there. Out in... society.
Haha I always thought it'd be nice to have someone to talk to about certain things.
It feels like most people are prudes or spend to much time reacting to the fact you are interested in something rather than actually talking about it.
I thought I did, but I was found out in under a week of starting uni. I don't do anything public though.

My roommate walked in on me in a blanket cocoon watching Oreimo.
Anime is common where I live so no one cares
