I'd disagree, but the statistics say otherwise. I even hear some radio stations play hit songs just the slightest bit faster; it sounds off-key if you listen to it anywhere else, gives the listener a subliminal incentive to tune in more often. Me, I've never noticed, but perhaps I don't have a very discerning ear.

English dubbing has come a long way.

Agree. I tried watching a few episodes of the original Mobile Suit Gundam a few weeks ago, and it was awful.

Agreed. There are some pretty nice games on mobile, even if a lot of them get ported to PC anyway. I also recall playing a really good rougelike on my old Nokia. Said phone had an LCD display, a 35 megaHertz processor, and a resolution in the low hundreds; but to a young kid in 2002, it was pretty much the greatest thing since sliced bread. I must've logged hours in that game, if not days.

Over the past decade or so, the internet has been becoming increasingly centralized. This may may or may not be a bad thing.

Agreed. While there are good reasons that he's popular this year, the fact that he's not only leading the polls but has a clean shot at the presidency is downright baffling. Personally I couldn't care less about his views on immigration and the like, but his favor of smaller government and decreased social services will only increase socioeconomic stratification, while simultaneously providing large corporations even greater rein over the future of our declining country. It's rather telling that a British university professor observed that what we accept as conservatism in America would fall closely in line with the Fascist parties in Europe.
