How's about AnimeBytes? From my experience, 90% of the anime you want is freeleech, and download speeds will push the limit of your hardware.

Registrations appear to be closed atm, but I'm sure it won't be long till they're open again. >.<

People have been predicting a fragmented internet for years. Other countries will definitely follow Russia's example.

Really? It's only ever disappeared once and I found a different but pretty reliable Nyaa site.

Most likely. They shutdown and then in the immediate wake was some discord amongst the community. It's since figured itself out and the .is one has taken over.
