I'm an embedded firmware engineer. At least that's my official title. But basically I work in electronics/RnD for an automotive INS company~

Google chrome on mobile sucks now after update. They removed "search image with google" for "search with google lens" which does nothing :l

I went ice skating for the first time in many years today. Yanno how they say something is like riding a bike? As in you never forget how? Well, ice skating is not that. It's not like riding a bike at all.

Steph isn't willing to do so, as it would basically require the entire forum to be reinstalled to an older version of mybb.

Oh then oh well. At least this saves me effort from having to join the discord. Felt bit bad if I did, because find it rude to dm people for things D:

I haven't asked Clickbait, but I feel like it would be easier to just fix the bugs with this theme than reinstalling the old software, and since he doesn't seem interested in doing the former... shrug

I'm half tempted to try writing a forum from scratch, but I don't know where I'd find the time or motivation ^_^'

I know you're trying your best to see me again in the PMs, getting Gensokyo back on the negotiation table as it has quieted down to its lowest tensions. Yet the current state of the Lewd Kingdom as is that there are no current active admins overseeing us, almost all the mods moved on without disclose, only the big posters remain with few newcomers coming by and only a single mod around to keep us comfort. @[deleted] did show up very briefly a few days back, and then poof as he came, same situation with @[deleted] too. 

No admins equals a dying forum, and a dying forum that does not have at least one admin active to prevent it from becoming dead usually after a certain time means people have to start looking out for better forums elsewhere. Not a thought, I know, but a recent unforeseen chain of events soon after the new switch is what causes both our admins to just disappear without even disclosing their absences, and not even my addressing private message to @[deleted] about resolving a profile-related bug were not fast enough.

There should be more transparency into the actions of the administration like every other forum on the web like it did in the early days when I wasn't around, but real life events always been keeping some places held back, and this place is no exception. Sadly, as from what @[deleted] said already, there is little we can do about it. The kingdom we inhabit once a big empire in its heyday is slowly setting unfortunately. 🙁  I just hope we don't wake up one day to find a forum we cherished suddenly go blank and all hell breaks loose, along with all the data we put forth.

Agreed. It would be quite the sad tale.

I'm not too bad currently. Looking forward to most likely visiting a friend in Japan, and maybe actually going to Defqon.1 this year!

I could try to make a birthday waifu game, well not a scenario one as that's way too popular, I like to arrange our findings in the order of January through December (including the leap day); all it takes for us is to find 2D characters, but not going yay-hoo over each discovery. We can even learn more about them on the go and not having to worry about who is the better girl, so how about it? This has been stuck on my mind for way too long. 😮
