I was at a music store yesterday, and yeah, shit like this looks sexy. It kinda disappoints me that you can't actually put vynils on there though 😛

You can plug a vinly turntable at it tho. Also laptops, CD Players and synths.

do you use this for parties or for producing at home? also are you the lewdite who is making his\her own label?

Both, and live bands (according to the site). And yes, i am.

can you explain how your making your own label and what that involves?

Art school backed project, although they don't give us any money, they let us use the recording rooms and stuff. Since it was easier than a music magazine (I'm running the project with writers and photographers, aside other fellow musicians) we're doing this.
It involves producing artists, like you would do with AR and stuff, get a read on music producers (not the self-proclaimed EDM ones) but people like Max Martin, Phil Spector, Nile Rodgers, Brian Eno and the likes, this will give you a real idea on what a music producer does and of course, what does he need to know.
We're supporting this from our own pockets, we found a neat CD press who does nice Mediapacks at low cost, the photography is done by my labelmates theirselves and i'm in charge of all the music aspect with AR, manangment, composing, arranging, mixing, mastering, etc.
Also, be prepared to socialize a lot, to stay awake WORKING until 4AM and never catch enough sleep and being productive 24/7. (I'm doing all that, plus commissions for game studios, college and my jazz band tips fedora)

Honestly i'm just waiting on Monday so i can finally catch some sleep, i've been living on energy drinks and power naps for like two weeks)

That honestly sounds like an awful lifestyle. Nonetheless, good luck with the label!

Still, it's a fullfilling job. I've gotten so much productive in the last month and i've been able to complete stuff more quickly.

I watched an episode of "8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown" that I had recorded this morning, was quite funny, made me laugh a bit so I guess it counts.

Today, I smiled, because I saved a ton of perfectly-good audio equipment from being tossed in a dumpster by my dumbass cousin. Coincidentally, he was told to do that by his father (my uncle), who bought the equpiment for nearly two grand back in the 90's.

Swear to god, some people just have no concept of money. Up till now, and save our cars and house, I don't think my family even owned anything worth that much.

As an aside, I also managed to save two keyboards, a mouse, a cruddy webcam, a tonna cables, and even a relatively-modern desktop tower. It's like Christmas came early. 😃

Damn, I was always pretty awful at applied maths, both mechanics and statistics. Yet here I am, somehow doing Electronic Engineering...

I'm not even good at mechanics, at one point I ended up proving that if any object is on a slope it should float upwards even if it has like an infinitely huge mass

Sounds like whenever I attempt a complex maths question. I would have a much higher correctness rate if we were allowed to redefine constants.

Did you ever unprove it or should I be scared of slopes now?

Well I just proved it by making a triangle wrongly, I messed up, I no like triangles in mechanics

if you were a triangle, you'd be acute
