Your Favorite Anime of all time?

I haven't really watched a lot of anime, so I will go with the two I did watch and that is Fushigi Yuugi, and Nana. I was both reading the Manga and watching the Anime.

4 days later

My favourite anime would probably be...wait, there's a lot! Haha. Here they are:

  1. Fushigi Yuugi
  2. Cardcaptor Sakura
  3. Fruits Basket
  4. Ghost Fighter
  5. Doraemon
  6. Flame of Recca
  7. Paradise Kiss
  8. Ranma 1/2
  9. Mojacko
  10. Knockout

They're mostly old school anime since I can't let go of them, lol. I do love Naruto and Fairy Tail and Bleach but these anime series hold a special place in my heart.

Have you ever seen Skip Beat, or School Rumble? You might like them

For me, probably One Piece because Luffy's a str8 badass.

Well a lot of people have a favorite anime, but if the question was asking what the best anime of all time is, that would be hard to answer.

https://hummingbird.me/users/Elm0P2 I dont keep track of it also havent updated hummingbird in while 😐 When I was adding shit to it I didnt count the animes I watched in my first months of anime :tehe:

Either Naruto or Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood as both are the only two series I barely moved while watching the first time around. Death Note would be somewhat high up though, same with Higurashi.

I just finished Tatami Galaxy last night and holy shit it was amazing. It was hard to keep up with but so worth it, it's definitely up there for me now.

Yeah, repeating 2 years of college to learn about yourself is good. Live your life as you please and just make sure you are happy with it. It kinda reminded me to NHK too and i'm particulary emotionally attached to both of them.

Exactly. I have read/seen every version of Welcome to the N.H.K(I think I said it was my favorite in this thread.) I just found the translation the the Tatami Galaxy novel, which is cool but I hate reading from a computer.

The novel was my favorite iteration of N.H.K but I saw the anime first and fell in love.

cool dude!

I hate reading books in the computer too but this is an exception.

It is said that the soul of a man is the same at one hundred as it is at three. Yet with this year,
another one will be added to my twenty, and the end of my splendid quarter-century-long youth of
my life will soon approach. What is to become of the coarse efforts I have poured into changing my
own personality? At this stage if I attempt to twist my character which already towers above a sea of
nothingness, the most I can do is break it.

This is probably the most common young adulthood dilemma...

Talking about NHK here it comes.. what do you prefer? anime or manga?

Hmm, I honestly don't remember the manga too much but I do remember that right after reading it I liked the anime better I just don't know why. The only thing I hated about the anime was the stupid pyramid scheme plot. I feel like time was wasted on it. Hbu?

I really need to explain some stuff before so here it goes:

First things first. I hate Misaki, i don't like her not even in the Manga where she was more of an adult. I haven't read the book and...
The suicide scene wasn't pictured in the obvious way like in the anime.
I really feel that the manga detailed a lot more about their relationship (which i don't really care honestly) so the anime adapts better my favorite parts.

My opinion is based in character liking, i don't really have a preference about a slow or a fast show as long as you get to understand the whole thing.
