I would erase ingorances like the dictionary form of it. "lack of knowledge, learning, information, etc." Mostly the learning part. The human drive to learn and to seek out the problems and questions that we always wonder. Like how would life or technology be right now if the dark ages never happen; where science was actually pushed or funded to increase people to think with more reason and logic. The question we could answer would be magical and the answer we could find out...what we could find...can they; change mankind?

I honestly agree with what malmon said (I believe it was malmon anyway) about no sickness.

But if we have to be specific, I'd say remove every STD that has/does/will ever exist, including AIDS. So many people are given some sort of disease this way without any choice in the matter due to a partner being unwilling to disclose such information, and it makes me sad every time I hear of stories like this.
