I hate when I'm watching something with people and they're not paying attention or are talking over it. Drives me completely bonkers, especially if they're on their phones.

Yeah, I get this quite often. At least if they're not disturbing anyone if they're on their phones.

If there is anything I can peeve on lately, it is that RNG itself can mess up a lucky drop attempt, a charisma check I waited to unlock, or trying to beat my personal best. I noticed that on my favorite game that no one else could test out, when trying to force angry pedestrians that shoot at me to stop on the PC version especially on the riots strand, they'll just continue blasting until I run at their face a few times, run over, diving, bumped too hard, or attacked by someone else. The police doesn't seem to do much to counter, allowing a slightly higher death toll than usual and tends to spawn unusually near my base, including an occasional police bike or car coming and go.

Interestingly, when police is near enough while an NPC shoots, even gang members and street thugs, they will turn on sirens and attempt to kill them on the spot, even if it means hitting obstacles trying to pathfind towards the poor sap. If successful, then they move on their patrol, sometimes they will get out to look around a bit before going back in. In the PS2 version, waiting long enough after dodging and weaving through clips of bullets or using health cheats can cause them to hold their guns up and remain in place as if they are tired, but CJ will get hungry by then.

Whenever I tried to get a particular NPC I like to stop shooting at me on its own on the PS2, most likely the police would come around and run over or chase them down on foot and shoot them thinking that this pedestrian in question is shooting at them. A similar annoying thing occurs to Triads around Chinatown is that they will shoot anyone that opens fire near them, even their leader Woozie during his first mission where Da Nang members try to run you over and shoot you simultaneously in Sentinels. That alone led me losing quite a few minutes of my speedrun time from there because of his fellow Triads mistaking him as an enemy, oops. Even my GSF homies hates explosives of any kind for some weird reason and if they catch me throwing one like a satchel charge, they'll shoot at me very hard since I upgraded them to equip MP5s, Tec-9s, and Desert Eagles as punishment thinking that explosives are treated as "yay" according to Sweet.

Discovered a new one earlier today: I hate it when people keep bothering me when I'm trying to work. It's not so bad for the first hour or so, but after the fifth or sixth or twelfth straight hour of constant interruptions, it gets just a tad excessive. -_-

People who think they can dm you in the early am hours and get mad at you for timezones

Anyone else notice that some measuring tapes here only have Imperial units? Like, I get it, we live in America, but all the cool stuff is made overseas. >_<

Tried saying "Vehicle damage critical" really fast with a high-pitched voice when playing Rivals is like having a hidden anime announcer right in my face telling me to hurry up and fix it before I get the "last flipover out of bounds bust", especially if it's the one that sacrifices a lot of durability for another stat. Too bad the AI doesn't know how to repair their own cars unlike 2012 Most Wanted in which they somehow do.

Though I do like what ZUN did for all the years he compiled into one of the best all-time wikis, the Touhou Official Wiki, until I see one added species into the Bestiary. He did a decent job with the definition of that new species, but the new name itself already coined by my RP archrival over the past half-decade with his vision of the whole Touhou universe causes me to re-think my perspective of Gensokyo as a whole. No matter what universe that fairyland wants to portray and the huge drawback on humans in particular depending on so much with technology is like branding the human race with such a bad reputation. Along with my archrival’s continuing crusade against that with empty threats and playing the victim type on a near constant basis, I felt wholly offended by it.

For ZUN himself, this seems somewhat reasonable to a degree through a “devil’s contract” by key citizens of the original Gensokyo in charge minimizing the abuse only to empty threats and pranks by the occasional youkai or fairy from time to time to protect humans to that extent. In Davide’s vision however from my experiences, his extreme faith in nature and the fairy race abolishes all manner of diplomacy in favor of eternal wartime. So all new visitors in the NS Gensokyo no matter what species unless he himself thinks of that species in question as worthy to the Family’s cause is considered dead, if they reveal possible taint in the slightest or escape, they ‘d track them down to the ends of his creations until they’re surely dead by any means possible. The same inevitable result is true for any of Davide’s RP members going rogue and are psychic in tracking them down whenever someone witnesses their brutal actions such as torture camps. Both universes do follow the “spellcard” traditional rules, but every time Davide has to go to battle or making a statement, he has to be on the frontline along with his most loyal followers and suicide soldiers, usually singing long death anthems against his RP enemies and even passerby innocents with only natural instruments, and occasionally an orchestra. They can even sing during battle when they get desperate, whenever they won or lost, and when reminiscing with others.

To me anyway, it sounds like I'm almost being forced to cut off diplomatic ties with not only the Gensokyo of NS like I already did that a long while back but also our own Gensokyo too (which I yet to declare). If I did that, it would render me unable to RP with any of our Gensokyo's inhabitants over such a trivial adding of what is now "Outsiders". While my RP archrival kept using this term a whole lot, even adding a secondary “filth” or “scum” word to his RP enemies all over the regions he visits defining as "anyone outside of his Family", which roughly translates as anyone NOT fully native to Gensokyo from birth. In Davide’s point of view, he wanted all of Gensokyo in all dimensions to be ruled by him and his fairies with a tiny oppressed human minority with almost no civil rights, whereas in ZUN’s point of view, shrine maidens are the ones in charge and fairies as well as youkai are always kept in check. Since I’m not an emissary anymore, such cutting off of ties with our Gensokyo here just simply won’t happen.

All I really wish is that none of our Gensokyo friends will start calling us like that and keep it that way. I'm also hoping that other Touhou fans won't go around and spread the whole new term nonsense, otherwise I might have to make a reaction non-canon strategy fangame if it starts to grow out of control. >.<
