Anybody upgraded to windows 10?

Subjective, really. To be quite honest with you, and don't get on my case about this, Windows is shit and always has been, at least to me. That being said, like anything, it does have it's strong suits, a pleasing GUI is one of them (though it isn't the best I've seen in my time). Whether it's worth the upgrade, as said earlier, is subjective. I won't be getting it, for a few reasons. It doesn't innovate, it's doing what's already been done before, whether by Windows itself, or another operating system. I have an illegal copy of Windows, which is funny because you would think I would use it for more than just listening to music. Hell, I don't even use it as a main operating system, much less a "go-to" OS. It's the same thing, over and over again. Kind of going back to the whole "innovation" thing, but Windows is more or less the same thing with ever release and version. Prime example? Windows 7 and Windows 8. Sure a different GUI was added, but for fucks sake, it was literally copy and paste with a fresh coat of paint (or in other words a new font, if we continue with the same analogy).

Please, this is hardly hate. You want to know what I do hate with a passion? FIND OUT NEXT TIME ON LEWD BALLS Z. Seriously though, I hate how pacman reinstalls programs that are up to date and working perfectly fine. THAT is some bullshit. @"Kresn1k" will know what I'm ranting about.

you're judging windows without even trying them, I had windows XP and Vista 7 and 8 tried for few weeks and then returned to windows 7, and used other operating systems, and now I'm using windows 10 and I can say at least windows 10 is a loooot better and faster than the others I had, I didn't even did clean installation, It have so many amazing features I'm using now, it's just lack anime personalize which we'll hopefully take care of soon T^T

I had Windows for 8 years, and a strong 8 at that. Not OS hopping. One of my laptops had Vista, the other 7, and my desktop XP. I've been using linux based operating systems for a year now, and can easily say that it is far better. And as stated multiple times in my original post on this thread, it's my opinion.

Gonna say the same thing I say every time someone brings up the "huehuehuehue windoze is bad, linux is best" stuff; It really depends on what you're using your computer for. If you were for instance a soccer mum that did nothing but play facebook games all day long, then you'd likely find Windows preferable and better to use than a linux distro. If you wanted to install your OS and play games, with no extra configuration - it'd be better to use Windows. If you're developing something, yeah; it'd probably be better to use linux.

No wonder why you hate windows, 8 was pure cancer, I see, I never tried linux, I'm planning on trying it soon on my other pc which I don't use, since I have 3, two in use, one just there for tests xD, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try windows 10 too, just one week, check everything inside it, I bet you'll change your mind a little bit
