Scroll to bottom & Scroll to top

Threads have been stretching out really far as I've seen, and scrolling down to where I need to see something is becoming quite the pest. So I suggest placing "scroll to bottom" and "scroll to top" buttons on threads or the whole website maybe. xD
I might just be lazy but I think it's a good idea.

Move your cursor to the right of the screen, where the green bar is.
