As requested, people can now switch to the new theme in the usercp, to see my progress.
 
 Be warned, it's far from being completed.

I like it so far. Only complaint is the neon purple. Hurts my eyes when the rest of the forum is dark. Perhaps incorporate different color variations or even a color switcher? Obviously meant towards the end of development.

I'm pretty sure we discussed color change, and Senpai said it would be added.

Wasn't aware.

tfw line breaks are marginally smaller than your peepee.

Now that I'm at home on my real computer, I can properly view this.

I also don't like how default users are purple. Would be easily confused with Kitsune group. imo they should stay white.

they will be white, i am yet to copy over the usergroup styles from the current theme.

and yes, the images don't work because we don't use images for our userbars, and i make use of the default fields to make the group colours work.

Is there any way you could fix the default quoting real quickly on the new theme, Senpai?~

That's the only thing keeping me from testing your new theme 24/7.

Perhaps it's not a prevailing opinion, but I really don't like the new theme. The colors are hard on the eyes, everything's either too small or way too big, and I hate how ancillary information is displayed as a sidebar when I'm browsing the front page. I'd prefer stuff like that at the bottom.

That said, there are a few redeeming qualities to it. It's a good idea to put groups on the front page, rather than force the user to click on a separate tab; most of the time, I forget I'm even part of them due to that. As well, while I probably wouldn't use it on a desktop, with some modification it'd look great on a mobile device.

These are just my candid opinions, of course. I really appreciate the effort you guys are putting into it, I'd love to see where it goes; just so long as we retain the option to use current "classic" theme.
