I'm wondering what you thought of the Yuki-chan miniseries? I only finished up to Episode 3 because it didn't really catch my interest in the way of Haruhi universe did.

I liked it, but bear in mind I went in to watch it because I'm a total Nagato-fag.  I watched it both in sub and in dub, the dub by the way just ended today.  It is very different from the show, alot of people couldn't get over the different style of character designs.  I don't think it was a great show, but I certainly don't think that it was terrible either.  I give it a 6/10, but again you should be aware that I'm a total Haruhi fanboy.

There's an OVA coming out on October 26th but I am unsure if Funimation will pick it up or not.  Even if they don't then I'm sure someone will fansub it.

You should watch season 2, then the movie, then Yuki-chan if you want.  If you're "all about Nagato" then you'll love the movie, seriously.  I think the movie is in the top five of the greatest animated films of all time.  The Endless Eight episodes were fun and interesting, the people who complain about them are dummies with no attention-span at all.  4chan HAAATED Yuki-chan, and to be fair, it's very different from the show.  It's a completely different alternate universe, Nagato is 100% moe (wether that's good or bad is up to you) and Asakura is a completely different character.  I liked it though.

Honestly no. she is so small and light that the feet pegs hold her nice enough
That Mikuru figure though.... she's top heavy. She needed more support than was provided. She was always falling over. I got sick of it.

That's funny.  I don't know alot about figurines, but that seems odd to me.

It seems natural though, that Mikuru would be "top heavy" if you know what I mean.

Has anyone tried out any books on the Yuki Nagato reading list?
I'd really like to try reading Hyperion soon, it seems interesting.
