The Small Things in Life

I've always found it charming when I happen across someone taking selfies. Somewhere along their train of thought, that person wished they could capture that moment forever; I'm happy that today's technology allows us to do that.

Man, growing my hair out was the best decision I've ever made. Oftentimes I'll feel it when I rest my head against a wall, and think, "Oh yeah, I'm a girl now."

My mom says I oughta trim it, but I love the way it looks. I think I'll cancel my haircut this week.

Also, I just saw a hummingbird for the first time in years! It came so close, not even a meter away, to sip the nectar from some flowers. Then it darted off before I got a pic, but it was sooo cute! <3

You'd never notice without taking off the keycaps, but apparently Corsair had the forethought to add a slight contour to the WASD keys. It's a rather nice touch; tells me someone poured their heart into designing this thing.

Just created an account somewhere to cash in on a game sale. Even though I'm well into my mid-twenties, I can't help but smile at how I still enter a specific day in the 1970's as when I was born. It goes to show, we're all children at heart. ^^

The city nowadays I am in has turned the intersection corner across my street from a nice little outdoor park into private space with a small ad board that changes occasionally. Every night, the sign glows along with the new lights. It doesn't seem to affect traffic flow in any way after that change a while back. Every tree in that small space from where they once stood completely chopped up with nothing to give back.

Noise-canceling headphones: These things are like a gift from god. Any time I wanna disconnect from reality, all's I've gotta do is sit down, close my eyes, and let the music work its magic. ^~^
