The UK seems pretty weeb free, I've never seen anybody who I could tell was into anime without befriending them.

People in this thread underestimate the power of Hispanic weebs. Sure, they're usually too poor to buy merch, but they're all over the internet; usually in the comments sections of shitty 240p YouTube AMVs.

I'll agree, though: America is pretty weebish. Having a fair bit of disposable income does that to you, as does having a direct (somewhat love-hate) relationship with Japan for the past century and a half.
