Favorite Voice Actors

Who are your favorite voice actors in anime?

What rolls to you know them the best for?

What specifically do you like about their voice or their performances?

My favorite VA is Tamura Yukari. She was the VA for Jibril in No Game No Life and quite a few other shows as well such as Absolute Duo, Akame ga Kill and many many others. Her voice is just so nice and soothing to listen too, especially when she's signing.

More about her here:

I love Hiroshi Kamiya, primarily for his voice acting as Koyomi Araragi in *gatari and he was one of the MCs in angel beats

Something about his voice is entertaining to me but I have no reasonable backing on it

Takehito Koyasu , mainly known as Dio Brando's voice actor in JoJo. This guy is so good at voicing insane , evil characters . He also did Saitou in Yu-GI-Oh GX and Aokiji in One Piece if i recall.

Bonus : His best talent although , is shouting tarot card names :

Definitely Erin Fitzgerald! You, know, Chie?

She does mostly video game characters, but she's in anime as well.

She does a really good "stuck up  / celf centered" voice.

The entire evangelion cast sounds great in both Japanese and that one language that goes in the subtitles. Eh, I'll just go with Izumi Kitta for her amazing portrayal of best girl, Tomoko Kuroki.

I don't really lookin into voice actors much usually, but I like Gavin Hammon and Melissa Hutchison. (Voices of Kenny and Clementine in TWD games.) Both are very good at what they do and both seem to be very nice people, spoke to Gavin on ask.fm a few times like a year ago.

EDIT:
I just re-read the OP and realised you meant in Anime, which I don't really watch so uh..Just ignore this.

Somebody finally asked! 😃
I'll put it in list of favorite

The boxes around characters are the ones I recognize.

For some reason Kaji Yuki is in everything I watch.
