User-block Backgrounds. That I can find brilliant. Though sadly, looking at this on any profile is just redundant seeing most of the information is right on the eyes when in a topic. Seeing from reading that post related to Senpai redesign of the forum, how about an About Me (or in this case, a userpage section similar to osu! userpage section or possibly osu's new site in development. It would wipe the need for using Profile and Contact Detail. If not, make a box section similar to the same link (jizz's) with links such as email, twitter and other social media.
(Just something that pop up my head when seeing a profile.) I know it'll probably be hard to work with, but something similar to this would be quite better then just looking at pure text in my face. Also if it can't be done, don't hurt me Senpai.
