Longest Anime Arcs (Story Arcs Only)

I don't remember something like that.. possible fisherman island, but one that felt like forever was Bleach Bounto arc (that's some horrible stuff right there)

Endless Eight from Haruhi Suzumiya, LOL. Eight episodes isn't long but when the same stuff happens for eight episodes, it does SEEM long as hell.

FMA:B where the last day goes on for more than twenty episodes~ Monster anime has a decent sized arcs if I'm remembering right. Hunter X Hunter too.

If this was in manga talks, I could have given a list, but I mostly don't watch long anime so I don't know much.

Holy Moly HxH had some hella long arcs, but the arcs were always good so I can't conplain to much.

Yeah, to be honest, Hunter X Hunter was one of the only long-running shows that I used to watch. I soon dropped it too, but I enjoyed most of it. Getting back on the topic, most of the long shonens do have long arcs. I mean, practically, all of them.

There's also some long arcs in Initial D and I absolutely loved them.

I think it's Fairytail for me.

I am big fan of one piece.
Anyway, I do think the soul society arc in bleach is pretty long too.
