What's the last series you dropped, and why?

Well the latest series I dropped was Ai Tenchi Muyou. I watched 6 episodes and I still hated it.

I dropped Clannad.

Please don't burn me at the stake, I know it's a very highly rated show.

I just didn't get into it after 6-7 episodes. It got to the point that I felt like I was watching it just to finish it and get it off my list.

I never finished Clannad either because lots of people spoiled After Story for me.

I've never dropped a series in my life, I wanted to drop Monster because it was soooooooooooooooo long and it had some usless characters that didn't have an impact to the story. However I finished it, even though it took me more than 6 months.

I dropped Prison School. its pacing was weird and it was generally a rushed adaptation.

I'm kinda scared to remember a lot of series I've dropped because more than half of them were because they were spoiled for me. Not sure if it's a good thing I can't remember said series.

For me it was Owari no Seraph, and I dropped that shit like a rotten potato because the MC was an edgemaster McEdgerson and in the 2nd episode he was punished by being sent to a highschool  until he found a friend. Now I'm willing to put up with quite a lot, but the fact that this little gem was included in a show which had the MC in a military unit fighting monster was waaaaaaay too much for me. If a show includes a military aspect, it either needs to be spot on or absolutely looney (and self-aware about it) or I can't stand it. Even some SOLs like Sora no Woto and Strike Witches kept very close to their military roots, so the fact that Seraph went retarded and still asked to be taken seriously was beyond my capabilities.

And now I'm angry over a dumb show again. Time for the vodka!

The most recent was probably either Aoharu x Kikanjuu or Yahari love comedy 2nd season. The first one was just not my kind of thing. The second season was ok, but compared to the first, it lost that special feeling that it gave me. I might watch it again if I rewatch the first one.

I rarely drop anime so I guess it's either Gakuen whatever however u spell it Heaven or Ore Monogatari!!
GH was bad... Ore Monogatari wasn't I just felt too bad for his friend so I couldn't watch it. ;^;

I dropped Naruto when stupid stories began to appear, I remember one were they search a fucking beetle and I dropped the series there. I'm not going to watch Shippuden or the movies ever.
I dropped Bleach when the stupid Bounds or the fuck are called began to appear.
My hate began when mangas that I like became Super power shit. Negima is a clear example, I lost hours of my life reading that filth (magic world arc was the nail in the coffin)
I now loathe shounen animes and mangas, every time when a boy gain super powers or is the chosen one for some shit I drop the show. I probably will never watch Fairy tail, One Piece and long running animes with boy protagonists.
