Stances on drugs?

Posts

I really don't want to get into that, I'm a mess already. I think most of my classmates are into that, they have families medium-tier in the society they have access to all those things, they often offer me some of these things but I refuse.

Drugs are bad, mmkay? Well, most of the hard stuff is, anyways.

I tried pot brownies once; it was an experience, but ultimately kinda disappointing. Same with that time I got drunk.

Plus, drugs/alcohol cost a tonna money, and I really don't have the spare cash to drop on getting high.

I don't care what anyone says, heroin is amazing. One of those drugs it's worth the risk to try even only once.
Honestly, Psychadelics and Mary are completely cool with me. Also pills like nootroipcs and benzos are pretty nice, though I wouldn't abuse pills.

Well I don't care if people take drugs it only becomes a problem when they abuse it and use them because they have nothing better to do. I always have bad comedowns on Pills such as E. Psychedelics are the best most offer no long lasting effects nor cause any real damage.

I smoke weed often, daily or every other day because I'm a good for nothing stoner. I have also in the past used DXM, LSD, codiene, methadone, DPH, 2-cb, 3-meo-pcp, mdma, speed, ketamine and Nitrous. In my opinion, changing your state of conciousness is a fundemental part of the human experience and everyone should have the right to try whatever they want to try. Of course there is the problem of addiction but if you follow the simple rule of 'don't get addicted to something if you won't be able to afford it for the forsealble future' then no problems.

I haven't done any hard drugs myself (unless you count the benzodiazepines my doctor gives me for anxiety), but I believe they should be legal. People should have the right to choose what to put in their body, for better or for worse.

I won't say that drugs don't have the potential to be dangerous, but the ones I've used have helped me immensely. I would even go as far as to say my experience on morning glory seeds saved my life. I had been very deeply entrenched in despair and for so long that I'd forgotten what happiness even was, and the seeds showed me. I doubt I'd be here to speak of it if I hadn't tried them.

I think drugs have their place in life, most notably for medical use. Responsible users are... okay, but anything beyond that (addicts) is a big no-no. Therefore, I don't think it wise to be offering drugs to anyone unless you can be assured they will use drugs responsibly, or else they easily have the potential to de_stroy someone's entire life/future. Even if it's a seemingly harmless drug, a seemingly harmless drug can lead to curiosity, leading to not-so-harmless drugs. (Side affects beyond ones that directly affect your mental and physical health include addiction to the extent of buying drugs even when you cannot afford them, which can - in worst case scenarios - lead to stealing in able to afford drugs, prostitution, or any number of terrible money-making vices.)
Therefore, given the current state of maturity & intelligence (or lack thereof) amongst the general population, I think it incredibly unwise to have drugs open to the public. I would not do drugs myself; I fully believe I have the mental and physical stability to live my life without, and there are better ways to entertain oneself or bring oneself into a better state of mind.

I regularly take benzos like xanax and klonopin because of anxiety issues, I've also tried MDMA quite a few times (which is always a blast). I've also tried coke once, it was great, but I won't be doing it again.

That is one of the biggest fears if hard drugs become legalized. It's true that government will not spend money fighting drug kingpins but society's problems will not heal because of this. It's a double-edged decision.

I really oughta kick my dependence on painkillers... I did an admirable job of going cold turkey, but all the stress over this past week raised my tolerance levels. Maybe caffeine could sustain me for a day?

I only really do lsd and weed but I don't really mind if other people do drugs. Only thing I don't accept is people doing drugs that can shorten their lifespan by a lot.

Heh, I've always been too scared to take LSD

I don't mind other people using drugs but I prefer not to and would probably prefer living in a country where it's not legal or at least not the norm
