I beat Half Life 1 for the first time very recently only because I wanted to play the second one, but felt wrong about playing the second game first. I ended up liking it way more than I thought I would. I was playing on hard so it was intense pretty much the entire time. Now I'm playing the expansions where you play from different character's perspectives, THEN I can play HL2.
What game are you playing? Thread

The sound of headcrabs was stuck in my head for days after, but i loved that game as well. I'm actually waiting for Black Mesa to be finished now!

Honeslty, the sound that plays right before you get electrocuted to death by the Vortigaunts (had to look up the actual name for them since I just called them the zappy aliens lol) still gives me PTSD

Did you ever make the mistake of destroying those boulder things in the vortigaunts' factory place?

Oh god are you talking about those rocks that have even more enemies in them? I'm pretty sure it took me longer than it should have to realize that I should have just avoided them instead.
I just got Minecraft a bit ago, the game spawned me next to a safe, tiny desert island in the middle of nowhere, and the majority of the world is mostly water after I constructed an oak rowboat. It took me roughly one in-game week to find some nice sheep and then hurriedly sail back to sleep in it.
I even saw 2-3 Endermen on my very first try when I got to land, aaaa!

I beat HL2 today, amazing game
Still have to play the following 2 episodes and then I can finally join the infinite horde of people wanting the third one
Recently been playing Rising Storm 2, made by the same guys who did Red Orchestra. I gotta say, I'm a lot better at shooter games that rely on tactics and good positioning rather than quick reaction times.
The community is also to die for. Despite the difficulty, people rarely get tilted, but we're always exchanging witty banter and historical in-jokes throughout the match. The game also features a 3D proximity channel to broadcast your voice to everyone nearby, including your enemies; this one time, I got ambushed by an American flamethrower while running through the jungle, only to hear him yell in the distance, "Mm, I love me some fried rice!"
It's currently ten bucks on the Humble Bundle. If you'd like a realistic FPS and have even a passing appreciation for the history, I'd definitely check it out. c:
Booted up Subnautica for the first time in forever. As someone who bought into its early access way back in December of '15 (weird that it's already been two whole years) I'm genuinely a little moved by how far it's come and that it's about to come out of beta. It's the game that all early access titles should strive to be, in my opinion. I can't wait to really sink my teeth into the finished product.
Replaying Deus Ex: Mankind Divided while I kill time waiting for Monster Hunter: World.
Finally getting back into playing this
(don't make fun of my vertical video pls it's the only way I can record decently :c)
Was going to 100% Mario Odyssey but the last 100 moons are just annoying to get.
Nier Automata. Had to buy the PS4 version bc the PC version keeps crashing even with that one mod that "fixes" the game. I got it for really cheap though so I'm not complaining
I just beat El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron. Not a very difficult game, all things considered, but it looks so cool and stylish (and has so much variety) that it's hard not to love. Considering its relative ease, it was a good idea to include hard and extra hard difficulties to unlock upon beating it.
What PS3 game should I get next?
ICO/Shadow of the Colossus
Hyperdimension Neptunia
Valkyria Chronicles
Bayonetta

ICO/Shadow of the Colossus is the only one of those three I've played but I would highly recommend it if you've never played Shadow of the Colossus before. I personally didn't care that much for ICO though.
Fate/Grand Order, Lost Dimension, Under Night In-birth Exe: Latest, and Bible Black!
Ahegaliant wroteBible Black!
Ooh, fun. Who's best girl? :3
Finished VA-11 HALL-A for the first time a little while ago and taking a break from it before I give another route a shot.
