I've never known how to start these, so here I go.

Hello, I'm Kanchō, an Eurofag that found this place while lurking 8chan. Chuckled at the add, clicked, and well, you figure.

I'm not as much a fan of anime as a fan of animation in general, but considering western stuff is flash horses, tumblr fat shotas, and 3D cringy stuff, may as well focus on the former. The last one I watched was JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the first and second parts.

I read some manga from time to time, being Silent Voice (the oneshot) the last one, if I much prefer reading books in general.

Other hobbies of mine are tabletop RPGs, which I absolutely love and get to run/play on a weekly basis, pretending I can code something more complex than a FizzBuzz on the internet,  video games, as I wished to become a gamedev until recently, but seeing how screwed the industry is makes me reconsider, and finally, linguistics. I love learning proper use of languages: I'm fluent on Spanish, English, babble a bit of French, and most important to this forum, I'm learning Japanese at the moment.

Think I've made this long enough. Glad to see forums are not quite dead yet!

Steven Universe actually gets really good after about 30 episodes.
And threre's always Gravity Falls.
Not doubting they're good, it's more a problem with the drawing style. That, and that I wouldn't have the patience to see a cartoon for 30 episodes until it gets good. I'll give Gravity Falls a shot eventually, though.

Started with D&D 4ed, then tried Pathfinder, got bored and tried Fantasy Craft, and then also played sporadically a bunch of other stuff, like World of Darkness or Riddle of Steel. Nowadays I run or play Anima and Shadowrun 5ed, mostly! And about 8chan, it's one of the few harshly honest places you can find on the internet, which I appreciate a lot.
