04/03/2016 - Outgoing emails fixed.

There was an issue effecting outgoing emails, which caused several features to die with a 500 error.

Some of the effected features include:

• Sending a group join request.

• Resetting your password.

• Receiving thread subscription notifications

• Receiving PM notifications

The issue was to do with our mailgun access being revoked after our verification broke with the move to cloudflare, it's now resolved and all the features should work again.

Not really, they just didn't manage to migrate all of the DNS records we had.

just whitelisted 200 tor exit nodes; lemme know if it makes much of a difference.

and each exit node should only have to fill in the captcha once a year now.
