If you try to get what you want at Holly's place on a full moon day when Mercury is in retrograde in-between arcs, she will laugh like a maniac for a moment (as a joke) before chastising you for squandering the party's resources for an item worth more than the usual value meant for non-retrograde days.

Before the Scarlet Dominion formed, due to a rapid pace timeline compared to mine, if I put all of the major events into one abridged story, then every ten years on Earth may seem like the equivalent of five years on Lucia. It all started with one Orc from WoW named Orec, who traveled through half of Kalimdor and two-thirds of Azeroth with a few friends, including Thrall. Although his story began inconsistent with WoW's release date being in the 2000's, put into Lucia's perspective, it began in 2198 AD, just five years before the surprise attack by Chasers. After a series of events leading up to the Alpha team calling in to seize Earth, the entire fourth dimension shook throughout the universe after the destruction of Earth (thankfully the colonists left many years before that), causing a colossal influx of fictional characters we know and love as well as hate to fill in the gaps.

Since then, all hell broke loose throughout the known universe we live in, as early as 2014 in their lore, but on Lucia, at around the same time Prisoner 839 defeated the Queen on Na Pali. That is when Davide started his rise to power under the new order, the Touhou Project. A year later, in 2015, Emily was born when the Scarlet-Hakurei War broke out and Davide's armies chipped away more than half of Gensokyo in a heartbeat, which was not a province at the time only with brutal force. Surime was around too in this era, an inseparatable lover of Davide, helped him cemented power over that region along with Eientei, the resting place for Kaguya Hime and the exiled rabbits. Along the way, they met several new unlikely factions, the Combine, Girls und Panzer, the Lunarians from Earth's Moon, and a few more species from other worlds.

Because the fourth dimension broke back in 2013, or 2215 on Lucia, several known major factions: The Banner, Enigma, Sanguinesti, and Varel have hostilities with them. After fighting so many wars up to a point when Davide's sanity was at its lowest, their trust on the outside world and across the whole universe save for themselves diminished to an all-time low. Beginning as early as 2026 with Ponyville, or 2220 on Lucia's timeline, and another short, but even crueler war in 2030 (or 2222), followed by the Flood invasion of Gensokyo that same year. Three years later in 2033 (2223), the Dwarf Incident occurred, along with Astrium and the Darkness (Chasers) now becomes enemies with the Scarlet Dominion. Another three years went by (2225), during the climax of the Abyssal Crisis, with Lucia already declared Gensokyo a province, thus beginning the Azure Incident, yet since they are unaware of our presence, not a single Lucian was harmed at the time.

That very same year in 2036, strange things happen with Enigma joining the Scarlet Dominion but then betrayed them overtime for not helping, and Yuu (no, not the one from here) joined the Interdimensional Federation. Eden, another of Earth's colonies was destroyed in a brief exchange. The Scarlet Dominion then becomes Nature's Dominion. In the year 2038, or 2227, just one Lucia year before present-day, Nature's Dominion told the dark truth and expressed so much hostility that everyone outside of Gensokyo and Enigma as well as not in their family themselves (Touhou Project) before the Doll Front skirmish are granted the term Outsiders, much to the dismay of Enigma. A year later, they began a crusade against the Darkness (Chasers), Terra, another colony of Earth's, was blown up to bits out of blind vengeance. Order of Knights, Mons Mantis, and several others popped up one after the other challenged Nature's Dominion even further, and gets even more complicated when the Darkness (Chasers) came back to Gensokyo and almost literally wiped out everything there with impunity in one fell swoop.

2040, Akame herself joins with Davide, Team Fortress wars began (in canon, it was taken place somewhere in the 1960's), several more wars in quick succession occurred. UNSC and Covenant (which hadn't played much a role and supposedly present in the 26th century, granted Nature's Dominion the best of both technologies) to help them go after Karin's Vampire Chibi world in an attempt to stop the Darkness, with Davide's lover Surime killed and on Halloween, after having gone through so many adventures, Davide went insane. After three invasions against the Darkness (Chasers) and the destruction of Tohlo, Davide's life has ended, aged 43.

Now it is 2042 in their timeline, after 87 years of the R.O.T.S.' founding, Lucians intervene in the affairs of Nature's Dominion demanding that Emily stay out of Gensokyo for the sake of Kaguya Hime and the exiled rabbits. Unfazed, Emily, now leader of Nature's Dominion, reminded her people of what they have gone through to resist us. Knowing that we are the strongest threat to them than ever since the Abyssal Crisis, Emily deserves the #10 spot on the L.I.T.E.'s Intergalactic Most Wanted list for "crimes against humanity, promotion of fascism throughout the known universe, and a bad habit of breaking too many alliances." This event, coined the Seven-Week Siege, a parody of the Seven-Day Siege from the Unreal series, will make Planet Lucia history in becoming the next intergalactic superpower.
