Unrelated, but I was talking with friends the other day about how if you went to jail in 2011 and were released in 2026 you might think everyone suddenly developed brain damage. Like, imagine you and your friends are sharing photographs of nature and stuff on Instagram. And then when you get out of jail those same guys you knew are now sharing Charlie Kirk and George Droid hyperborea memes.

tbh I don't think you'd even need to have been stuck in jail for the past 15 years to feel like that a lot of the time
