I hate not feeling good and being unable to sleep. Your body is so tired, yet you can't actually slip off into dreamland. 🙁

The only way I can sleep now is to deprive myself of it until my body decides to give in after a few days. While it may not seem the best thing for me to do in the long term, teaching my stubborn brain for at least a short while to respect my body’s sleep cycle might be my only last resort.

3 to 5 days at the least is enough to kick in, my words of wisdom never fails.

If you can get past the bad audio quality, this is such a good, simple explanation of a very difficult-to-grasp philosophical school that also puts it in a perfectly concise historical perspective and explains the connection to Zen in a way I never could put into words beforehand.

Feeling like absolute dogshit. Two nights in a row I've been unable to sleep and end up feeling absolutely dreadful.

Looks like we have a Winter Olympics going on in the Korean peninsula, I hope the games there turn out to be okay and wish them all the best of luck. crosses fingers
