First of all, most website builders are crap, don't use them.

Second, you aren't going to get a domain or any kind of hosting suitible for your idea of a website for free - unless you can pull in generosity or a favour from a friend.

Being realistic, it doesn't seem like you know what you're doing, and you'll have to find someone to help you set this up and administer this. Luckilly for you this forum is basically filled with such people. Good luck!

I would help out if I wasn't so damn busy with other stuff. Just managed to get SSL on to my site after years...

just use tumblr. it has pretty much everything you'd need.

It resizes images though. I used to use it to share wallpapers I make, and I had to host the actual wallpapers on pomf.se at the time because tumblr resized all my 2880x1880, 4k and 5k wallpapers to 1280 pixels wide.
