low power x86 like the ones VIA tehcnologies make?

Intel. AMD makes nice low-power gear, but are sure to sell themselves like dirty whores on the street corner soon, as they're not doing good as a company despite all the new stuff. when that happens, a bigger company will buy them, and they'll lose their x86 licensing as per the agreement with Intel. VIA isn't relevant enough to matter, even when they do have big talk happening about their CPU subsidiary. no one uses their chips except for thin clients, embedded or Industrial SBC applications anymore. without a large buyer, they will be stuck in the low-power industrial market forever at this rate.

that's the funny thing. no such error. if I click Authorize, it just spits me back to the same page, as if I did nothing at all.

I would argue against a number of things you said...

my opinion isn't relevant

the future for what exactly? like some dragonbox pyra type pcs?

the 22 years old pc you have has been running 24/7 for 22 years straight?

Will Intel be able to continue using AMD64 though?
