Well I'm pretty close to that. I can stand on it, and slide around a bit, but that's it. My brother used to try and rock the skateboard, but he always ended up on the ground in pain. :/ Practice makes perfect though, I'd need some strong protective gear. My face is afraid of the pavement. :tehe:

I'm not much into skating but I really like the hover-board. Although, it is too damn expensive.

rip just broke my 3rd board this month at the skatepark, and ate so much shit when I first got there and scraped off my elbow and tailbone skin ;(

I skate a little. I'll take a pic when my phone is charged but I ride a zero deck, tensor magnesiums, bones swiss ceramics <3, and spitfire wheels ofc.

I had a skateboard when I was a kid, got it for my birthday. The second I stepped on it, it shot forward, I fell on my back and the skateboard damaged an expensive antique piece of wood we had in the living room.

Never stepped on a skateboard again.

I don't think of skateboarding as a sport. As it started, skateboarding was counter to all of the conventional idea's behind a sport. It was something that was for individuals and formed bonds around progressing not winning. It doesn't have to be organized, have any rules, or requirements past a skateboard.  I can skate well into my 40's and despite what nike, addidas, and mountain dew try to sell you- skateboarding isn't a sport.
