This is a fairly simple fix, but currently the Horizontal Ruler is pitch black, which looks god awful against white or dark shades of grey. (Example of it below.) Its a easy fix, but I recommend that it is changed to a shade closer to the background so its still visible, but not in direct contrast with the background. Another thing, remove it from the signature spot. (Seems to be automatic) as there is already a line between the post text and signature image.

If those are the two options, then remove it. If you want another color suggestion, then try #d4d1d1 for the light theme.

A much needed improvement that took far too long to change. Now you just need to change the color of the Rulers that one can use in their posts.
