Vi is here!

Hello! My name is Viomi and I am a coder/linux enthusiast/gamer who has a bit too much time on their hands. I am currently in college working towards my bachelors in Computer Sciences, and I am planning on going for a Masters. I'm 18 years of age, and I currently reside in Washington, USA. I am currently running archlinux and bunsenlabs, and I am a huge fan of automization and minimalistic open-source programs. I know lua, java, javascript, python, php, C and C++ (among a few others).

I'm currently working on a PHP script that will ask for the user's public PGP key and create another PGP key pair (or if the user doesn't have a public PGP key, it will create two pairs) when a user registers for a forum. This way the user can encrypt everything they send to the server, and the server can easily verify that the client is the same client without needing to rely on IP addresses or anything like that. This is so that tor services can have a secondary form of authentication besides passwords for more security, without threatening anonymization in any way.

TL;DR: I'm a nerd.

P.S: Feel free to PM me for my tox or skype. You are -far- more likely to see me online tox, but if you refuse to get it, skype can work too.

Welcome to Kawaii Forums

say are you good with mybb plugins? might need some handywork around there if youre up

what is tox?

Tox is like Skype but instead of having main servers where skype staff can look at all the logs and shit, tox is encrypted and peer to peer so you can't be man in the middle'd

Also you can easily run it through tor to hide IP and whatnot, whereas with skype I can get your IP in like fifteen seconds

I've worked a lot with forums, mostly with xenforo though I've worked a little bit with mybb. I'm not really sure how to make mybb plugins but adding them seems pretty straightforward.
