Weeb.sx | Index / Theme Mock-up

I am not a gigantic fan of the new theme, so instead of just complaining I went a head and made a mock-up (will follow up with others for other pages in the future) of the index to show what I think would be a welcomed change. While the changes are subtle, they are nicer than what we have know if you ask me. A comprehensive list of the changes made; 

  • The user area in the navigation bar at the top right.

  • A custom scroll bar to match the theme.

  • Slight pattern behind the logo.

  • Slight pattern in the background.

  • Icon for the News Section.

Maybe there could be another version then? I mean some people may prefer this one and having more versions would be nice instead of well changing one so much.
eg: I personally prefer my chrome scrollbar for some reason I always feel website ones feel glitchy and stuffz

Yeah that is kind of how I feel. I'm not a fan of styling the browser scroll bar. Continuing, I'm not a huge fan of the pattern in the background, however the logo background one looks brilliant and would love to use it. 

As for a few things I do have some changes in mind already, like the top right user stuff. Unfortunately I've been fairly busy. This weekend should prove to be a reprieve from that, and will allow me to play a more pivotal role in rolling some changes out. I look forward to your feedback, and any future suggestions you have 🙂

Loving the background on the logo and the navigation for the user detail box (except for the pink messages), will get started on that soon.

Not enjoying the boxes and the scroll bar.

Maybe for the new icon

Only things I really agree with here is the scrollbar and news icon, the rest does not need to be changed imo.
