TV: Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, (more comedy less romance but its there)Welcome to the N.H.K, My Little Monster

Grave of the Fireflies by Studio Ghibli. Saddest movie ever, you will cry.

I suppose Stein's Gate is part romance, more towards the end at least.

Vouch on Hotarubi no Mori e, also Angel Beats is a bit sad I guess, and Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai aka Anohana. :smug:
