A lot better overall, however a commonly used strategy is to do the intro before the actual amv. Other than that it seems you took a few of my suggestions to heart, hope to see you continually improve.
Quick Edit: Another recommendation is to mix several anime together so it's not just one series. This can help a hell of a lot when it comes to Story telling AMVs.

looks great but i haven't seen one punch man so i can't comment on how well yourย storyline is

The amv is exactly how the storyline is one episode is misplaced but all the other ones are in sequence.
