It doesn't but it gives a general idea.
Yeah, this quiz is pmuch worthless: The social issues are fine, but the economic issues are just radical far-right libertarian propositions. Even NationStates has a better one than this.

It's a political test made by someone who trumpets their ideology, so it's probably going to make more people out to be libertarians than actually are. Sort of like how Political Compass makes everyone out to be left-libertarians.
