Please keep in mind that I haven't played enough of the games to give my opinion on them as playable characters, but as far as pure cosmetics go (most of these are holdover favorites from my childhood minus Titmon and Assmon at the top). One per evolution form.

What can I say? I'm a man of simple taste. I'm glad I've become so predictable; it makes me feel at home 
Tangela should have probably been in my top 10. I guess I always liked the "uglycute" ones as a kid (and the weirder ones like the psychic and ghost types that can't be equated to real animals as easily). I haven't kept up with the recent gens outside of the sexy ones, but looking at them they look much the same as always: a mix of cool designs (Celesteela, Espurr, Spewpa), stupid ideas (Klefki, Sandygast, Swirlix), and ones that are just real animals (Clauncher, Toucannon, Pangoro). There are also some that are surprisingly cool-looking when you consider the ideas behind them (Cosmoem, Phantump, Avalugg).
