Every forum has an MBTI thread, but how about some love for the better personality test?

They map the results onto MBTI in the wiki, but yours might not necessarily match.

I got ILI. It seems to describe me very well, much better than my MBTI (INFJ), but that might be because they give you huge walls of text to read about here as opposed to just a pithy description, so you're bound to find more that matches.

In particular, I think these social roles have me pretty much down to a t, minus me not being super savvy with the more technical aspects of computers:

So, after taking this kind of test never seen before, I seem to be the IEI type. A description of what this means on me is as follows from the site:

IEI or Intuitive Ethical Introtim (INFp) (Beta Quadra) [Compatible with SLE, as they are in the same class]

I always knew that these types of boards attracted a certain type of individual, but this is still rather surprising.

Got kinda bored writing code at work, figured I'd give this thread another go. I've had a couple adventures since last year; it'd be curious to see where I've drifted ever since.

EIIs have a strong personal value system and strive to embody their own ideals.  EIIs are very attuned to the psychological atmosphere of interaction and to their own feelings towards people and things.
 
They treasure deep feelings of attachment and strive to deepen emotional bonds between people and harmonize relationships. When those people that the EII is close to suffer emotionally, the EII will do everything in her power to raise the emotional condition in the individual, often at the EII's expense.

Well, I'll be damned. This test still reads me like a goddamn book. ^_^
