My brother just got it the other day.

Not sure what to think of it yet, considering most of my opinion is based on that one hentai flash game.

People say going through Excalibur is a suffering endeavor, but I enjoy melee from the beginning and I dropped Iron Phoenix when I got back into the game, making him highly viable. So yay, I get to keep him~

I got really into melee after the melee 2.0 overhaul a while ago. Since Valkyr already has a ridiculous armor state by default, maxed out steel fiber + fury mod for melee speed makes cutting through big mobs satisfying without much risk for her. I use a scythe + reaping spiral stance now, and if it starts to go poorly I just use her ult and gain all the health back. That's about all I have going for me though, like, I still use the Braton as my primary, I don't even try to properly spec my whole loadout, and I feel like a chump whenever I do void raids with other players. :s
