PC master race is always best option.
But to be honest I can't add too much to this discussion since I would've gone Wii U anyways. PS4 seems nice, though, because indie games. But since you have tons of XBox 360 games, and they announced backwards compatibility, XBone would prolly be best

In summary, go XBob since you already have a shitton of its games and backwards compatibility is being added.

Note: I already have a PC, it's pretty good and would be even better if it wasn't broken ((((((:
