Mod Applications

An actual application template would probably be useful. Though really I guess it'd just be explaining why you're perfect for the job and why you want the job in the first place so maybe not. XD

Agreed, a template would be very useful for applicants, additionally I'd like to know whether there are any prerequisites for mod apps. (Age, forum activity, etc.)

I prefer to not have a template, and let applicants write their application in their own format.

There are no prerequisites for the mod applications; being over 18 is preferable, but being genuinely interested in helping the community is the only must.

In an application, I'd like to hear how you'd help the community, and why you believe you would be a good moderator.

Just submitted my application. Hopfully I didn't toot my own horn too much haha.

Good luck to all that applied. Hopefully we can build the staff team up again.

If we have submitted an application before, do we need to submit one again other than just a message to say "I'm still interested?"

yes

Mhm if I were more active here I'd apply as I'm no long a mod on FK.

Remember to take time zones/times when potential mods will be active in to account, @Melancholy. Wouldn't want a load in the US and nobody covering Europe or w/e

How's the progress on this?

Waiting on our new affiliate.

With roughly a week until our affiliate is ready, I'll be choosing our new mod(s) soon.

If you're yet to apply, but are interested; there's still time!
