Too damn hot!

but chances are they will probably wouldn’t even try to listen.

Yeah no, sorry, the planet's nice and all, but could you imagine the fall in profits for AC manufacturers if climate change was reversed??

It really is a special feeling, walking outside and just immediately feeling the heat drapped upon on me like a hot blanket. I think July and August are definitely my least favorite months weather wise. I'm fucking dying right now.

My least favorite thing about humidity is having to schedule my faps around my showers.

You can't fap after a shower or it's just pointless; you're caked in sweat again. So you gotta fap preemptively and sometimes you're just not in the mood but you know you're gonna be feeling the need later if you don't.

This is why I never liked sweaty sex doujins. Just feels gross D:

Being all sweaty's nice... while you're doing it. Not so much after >_>

Eh? I don't know what you're talking about. Being sweaty is the best part xD

It's down to 84F/28C which would be great weather for getting out, if I didn't turn into a shut-in these past few months.

Y'all ever wondered what it'd be like to live on another planet, or in the most remote parts of Antarctica or Siberia, where going outside your living structure at certain parts of the day can be bad for ya? Well, that's kinda the situation for me now~. I dunno where this weeks-long heat wave came from, but it's getting kinda ridic. Like, I almost got a migraine from spending twenty seconds outside in the afternoon. >~<'

Freedom Units.

Real Units.

In fairness, that would've been very forward-thinking a year ago! ^^"

Ahhh... At last, that heat wave has started to die down. In spite of that, I think I'm gonna need an air conditioner for my room. There's a lot of machines in my room, and they can make it pretty toasty...

I almost ended up in the same situation as one of the above two users, I was playing a dynamic campaign solo on W. Island on the Japanese side, it was the most intense aerial fighting I get to witness myself, in a nimble green Zero-looking plane on one mission I was doing some patrolling, enjoyed a bit of peace for a good 10 minutes with my crew until I ran head-on into a small group of fearless F4F-3's. My squadron was the only reinforcing unit and had to resort to kamikazing a couple of them just to proceed to the next checkpoint of the run. At about three-quarters of the way, some helpful backup came out of nowhere and joins in unison formation, almost as if about to crash into one another.

By the time I almost approached the final checkpoint out at sea, another group of F4F-3's came slightly left ahead and all of my crew along with the friendlies rushed together just as a real-life storm approaches, forcing me to hurry up with the mission and hope not to lose whatever progression after having gone through half a dozen missions. Luckily, I had a sweatband on my forehead to absorb most of the tension, but at the end of the campaign, I was already getting tired and perhaps won after some more death-defying missions against the Allies team. During the latter half of the second wave, my crews' water pressure has hit its limit, meaning we have to slow to a deadly dance of attrition with around two F4F-3's that just refuse to die, sometimes baiting us into their sector only to have us turn around to deal with the other one and thus they'll turn around and resume their pursuit, albeit a little slower because of critical fuel reserves spent from minutes of flying around in unpredictable circles, the battle even took me right into the island where I could got shot at easily by Allied ships and had to turn back, keeping at least a 10-15 km distance so that they can't fire.

At the very end, I took the whole island and all other sectors surrounding it, even though all the other numbers still said I'm at a disadvantage, the sector count is all that mattered to me. Glad I didn't declare a sick day, thanks to that sweatband.

Ahh~, Spring is well and truly in the air! And just in time for my migraines to fade, too! ^~^

I'll rather miss the cold, honestly~. Perhaps that's because a quarter of my year got effectively deleted, perhaps it's the vast amounts of tree pollen that'll repaint my car green. Buut, I suppose I can tolerate it for the chance to hear the of symphony of sparrows, of jays, of cardinals as I work from home.

That reminds me, by the way. Three days from now will mark one year from when this whole mess started for me. Heheh, I feel as if I should celebrate, somehow... ^^'7

    Backlash
Spring was great but it is over now :feelsbadman:
And you know what that means
    Summer
Summer is hell on earth. It exists specifically to torture people. There is no other reason for it. Why would you ever want summer? Why would anyone like summer? There is nothing enjoyable about >35C and >80% humidity. If I could change the universe then I would totally move the earth just a tiny far away from the sun to cancel summer.

    How is corona over there?

    Steph
How did you manage to live until now without AC? My dad is an engineer selling household appliances so I have never had to live without an AC up until now.

水面の朧月 10 years ago in the UK, it rarely ever got above 25C (75F). Like one or two days a year. Nobody buys AC for just one or two days a year.

Climate change has fucked shit up

clare That's pretty concerning. I have no idea what it's like to go above 40.

        25 and 35 are drastically different. 38 to 48C 💀
I feel like it would be possible to sweat while taking a shower at that temperature. That's so weird to think about.
Are buildings over there built differently? Like with thicker walls or something to help with combating the heat. What is winter like?

          Steph

But that'll just make things marginally worse! I just spray myself with water every now and then, and hang out in my underwear ^^'
