水面の朧月 Also need to account for humidity. In my region 25°C can be more suffocating than a dry 35°C, also makes you sweat a lot. Can't imagine 35°C with high humidity 
Nowadays the whether is very hot and very fucked up. Had snow in April, big heat waves this summer and almost record floods, terrifying thunderstorms... Hope next year won't get hotter!
Yeah, I've heard someone mention that you could use a dehumidifier instead of an air conditioner. Not sure if they're any more economical to run, but they don't need any installation.

I wouldn't wish high humidity even on my worst enemies.
my room either doesn't have insulation or the windows aren't installed properly, and it's so hot in here during summer i can consider it a form of torture

timeslikethis I used to live in an apartment that is exposed to direct sunlight during the afternoon. It was hell during summer (somewhat warmer during winter but it doesn't help that much since summer is the worst season by a large margin)
I used to just showered for a few hours while reading manga until the sun goes down lol.
