I know what you mean. But he's got some really stellar material in my book, even if since the laptop era it's been more average. I love noise in general. Hijokaidan, MSBR, Dissecting Table, etc. are all great.

For the record, I should also probably state that I'm not that big a fan of guro for sexual purposes as much as I just like the aesthetic. Like watching gory slasher movies. Alright, I see what you're getting at. I'm sorry if I came off as a bit hostile - I seem to get attached to manga characters rather quickly, and I get too empathetic.

It's all good! The truth is while gory, surreal stuff is how I got interested in manga and anime in the first place, in recent times I've been more of a fan of standard fare.
