This is a two-hour long pre-recorded meeting involving the three princesses: Lucia, Julis, and Erica from Japan, Germany, and Italy.

~Scene starts~

>On a cloudy day in Tokyo, Lucia called in another meeting with two other nations who are longtime allies of her, but it took them days to book their flights amid tensions within their own capitals.
>Such delays within the forthcoming rise of the Lucian Empire only made her more impatient as the war looms over her country’s horizons; she took no chances of throwing away any opportunity, frequently sighs as she paces around her throne room.
>By the time the clock struck ten, that’s when the two elegant princesses and their dignitaries come up to her door.

Julis: “Permission to come in, we seek your audience, your Majesty?”

>Lucia turns around and speaks through the keyhole.

Lucia: “Yes, you may come in. I’ll unlock it.”

>And so, with the velvet key in hand, she happily opens the double doors for them to proceed to their seats.
>Though her guards are busy at the time this occur, she paid no mind, heads to her throne and when everyone sits down looking at her, smiling, Lucia then leads the negotiations.

Lucia: “I am Lucia Konohana, queen of my home planet and forthcoming legitimate leader of Japan. I served in many battles in the name of the Guardians against Gaia, and currently the commander-in-chief of the 17th KanMusu Fleet. What brings you here to my palace?”
Julis: “I am Julis van Reissfeld, firstborn princess to my family’s throne of Lieseltania from eastern Germany, and currently a high school student of the Seidouken Academy. I hope you’re not referring to my Genestellar kin while I’m here.”
Erica: “And I’m Erica Blandelli, representing the Copper-Black Cross in Milan, one of the many Great Knights of Italy, and high school division student of Jounan Academy.”

>Sadly, the 17th KanMusu Fleet is not present in Japan and is out at sea, which left Lucia having no present dignitaries. This leaves the two other princesses to let their guests introduce themselves. Surely, Germany and Italy do have some potential.

Bismarck: “I’m Bismarck, the leader of the 31st Kriegsmarine KanMusu Fleet, you remember me when we last spoke, and I didn’t forget it.”
Prinz Eugen: “Good morning, Miss Konohana. I am the heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen, younger sister of Bismarck.”
Graf Zeppelin: “I’m the overseer Graf, the leading carrier division of Bismarck’s fleet. I’m also her secretary.”
Ro: “I’m Ro-chan, designation five-one-one. Getting acquainted with you and others, especially with your nation is great so far.”
Leberecht Maass: "Destroyer Lebe, designation Z1 at your service."
Max Schultz: “Good day, your Majesty, I’m Max Schultz, designation Z3."
Italia: “Battleship Italia of my nation I’m ready to give you true Italian superiority a helping hand.”
Roma: “I’m the state of the art fourth battleship of Vittorio-Veneta class, younger sister of Italia, as well as her secretary.”
Zara: “Pleased to meet you, I’m the first of my line of heavy cruisers, Zara.”
Pola: “I’m the third ship of Zara-class; nothing gets in the way of our nation’s superior cannons.”
Aquila: “Mediterranean-born battle ready aircraft carrier Aquila, good day to see you.”

>And with that, Erica then goes along to lead the first of five stages of the negotiations, starting with the Pravda faction.

Erica: “We know a few weeks ago that your relationship with the Pravda forces were… less than cordial is it not?”
Julis: “Strictly speaking, did you by chance get any response from Katyusha or Nonna about your peace treaty with them?”

>Without hesitation, Lucia pours over her old map of Japan and neighboring countries, the three princesses’ looked over for a good minute before Lucia breaks the silence.

Lucia: “We suffered too many casualties; they were as strong as us, both in quantity and quality. I didn’t know what we were up against since late March, I was being dragged into a war I didn’t win, and despite my efforts, I ran out of ground and have to put up an armistice. They both agreed without a word, and since then, I made sure such an incident didn’t happen again.”
Julis: “Did your forces make any sufficient advances on your borders, or did you order them to fall back?”

>Lucia points to the islands ahead of Hokkaido, presently controlled by Pravda.

Lucia: “You see, Pravda didn’t have a choice, they were gathering up forces roughly a year ago, and somehow they encroached on my territory without provocation. At some point, when I knew things were getting too intense on the strait without a doubt I sent as much as I could within a short span, and they pushed my forces relentlessly back to Hokkaido. By the start of summer, I pushed them back to Kamchatka with support from my current fleet, and no matter what I did, their strength is just… unprecedented as our own.”
Erica: “So… you technically lost the war against Pravda, is what we’re asking?”
Lucia: “Indeed I have, but neither I nor Katyusha secured a victory, so I let them know that I had enough and needed my forces back, and they did the same.”
Erica: “And what else did you do to Pravda after all that?”
Lucia: “I put up a few strict sanctions barring them from interfering in my day-to-day affairs, and that’s that.”
Julis: “Let me get this all clear in our heads, your Majesty. First, you went to war with Pravda because you knew they’re too close to your borders without thought, then you signed a treaty 4 months later, and lastly, you put up restrictions on their economy because you know that if they simply ignore your request, they would just restart a war with you?”
Lucia: “That is correct, Julis. There is never such a time when two equally powerful leaders cannot tell the difference of what is peace or war, but somehow I knew Pravda, and they knew me well. Even though I was once a sworn rival of her, I knew it was the right decision for me to settle an international dispute that I never knew I have succeeded before."

>The first stage of the talks has concluded, and the next stage is about other concerns regarding Asia. Julis will take the lead this time.

Julis: “Miss Konohana, we understand that you been closely watching the news concerning the current state of the mainland continent, but other than Pravda, we want to talk about what the other countries are doing now.”
Erica: “With respect, Lucia, have you know by now that Iran, among the others, like Qatar, is possibly suspected of helping the terror regime?”
Lucia: “Since recently, we rarely dealt with such nations as of late, but Iran in particular, they have the resources to knock away another nation clean off, despite our frequent attempts from our envoys to negotiate with them. We didn’t even tried Qatar yet.”
Julis: “Have you ever wondered what would happen if… and not by now, what if the caliphate the rest of the world knows for so long, decides to invade your land? What would you do in the event they ever come to your soil? What are your options?”
Lucia: “I’ll try everything in my own authority to have my law enforcement catching them in the act as non-violently as possible, but given their honorbound morals, it wouldn’t be as easy as you would think. We are fortunate our technology is advanced enough we should have no problem dealing with them.”
Erica: “Even if you did somehow manage to eliminate that portion altogether, considering your recent advancements, what about cybersecurity on your nation’s infrastructure, and how can you approach that issue?”
Lucia: “That would be something our security experts would find it troublesome, and I poured only a fraction of our economy into network protections.”
Julis: “Now, about Syria and Iraq, was there something that caught your attention given the current state of the war?"
Lucia: “While my nation is heavily concerned about home defense, I have seen the many atrocities of a few of my citizens traveling to places that I barred them from doing so in the recent spurring of ambushes since the start of summer. Even the local children that are old enough to walk and talk inducted into the regime, and if they don’t go with said regime’s teachings, bad luck befalls on them.”

>Julis and Erica shake their heads in disbelief, but they still have more to say, not wanting to incur Lucia’s wrath.

Erica: “You see the soldiers from many sides of the conflict, how did it make you feel?”
Lucia: “A remorseless, restless being wishing vengeance on those responsible for setting our kin into disarray, that kind of thing.”
Julis: “And what else did you see in those ruined cities?”
Lucia: “There are piles of debris, thousands among thousands desperately pleading for help, not knowing their enemy doesn’t care anything about life other than their own, they want the world to one huge faith amid the hundreds of controversies spewing about in the day-to-day life of an average citizen. No matter what kind of talk anyone wanted to initiate, it almost always spiral into this and that, and all in between, all at once, for the sake of one-sided prejudices.”
Erica: “Seems you have a way of answering such things no other person or society can.”
Julis: “Now, about India, there’s been talk of many recent shutdowns of the net for the slightest reasons, what makes you think about controlling the flow of the internet?”
Lucia: “Do you mean by ‘net neutrality’ or ‘population control’? Probably a bit of both, but I’m more of the former type.”
Julis: “Recently, the Indian general population is longing for democracy, but their borders have long been under dispute by a few countries, and their numbers are too large for that. Were you by chance of seeking their audience?”
Lucia: “We haven’t, and I haven’t got the chance of a formal invitation to visit there. The leader didn’t want any complications that would affect his rule, and he haven’t mentioned one bit about this nation at all. I’m sorry, but I can’t.”
Erica: “No meaning to disrespect, your Majesty, it’s too bad the Indian population were all the more desperate for other nations seeking as much help.”
Julis: “What about the southeastern countries? Your relations with Singapore were a bit strained after you no longer grant them any more soil, is that right?”
Erica: “And what of the Philippines? There’s been a recent string of terrors going on lately, have you yet to talk with the country’s leader?”
Lucia: “I made contact with him, but he didn’t say much and wanted to reassure me that I was okay. About Singapore, by law, I cannot let any country import any more soil than what that country has over the past few years, so I put sanctions on that tiny nation, which only made them berate me for that, but I had no choice.”

>As the discussion is halfway done, this is where things get even more interesting, as Julis and Erica, along with their dignitaries wanted to talk about what is happening right now overseas.

Bismarck: “Miss Konohana, your recent progress in the Pacific Theatre regarding the Allied Powers is what brought our attention the most, and we would gladly aid you in your war effort to drive out our common enemies.”
Italia: “What would you do having with us, miss? Our numbers may not be that much, but we have some experience, hmm?”

>Lucia pulls out the same map again a bit ago, and points out major locations of where the Abyssals are stationed.

Lucia: “What I want you both to do; is that Bismarck will ensure the protection of the Bering Strait for our future takeover of Juneau, while Italia will swing by around India and form a naval blockade to prevent the British navy from taking back Java. Roma will guard Italy’s coastlines, and Graf will take care of the Atlantic Theatre.”
Julis: “By your word, your Majesty, we’ll make sure Pravda wouldn’t try to blockade us from reaching the other side, in fact, with nearly all that sea ice disappearing, we have an easier way around.”
Erica: “Ahh, a smart leader, and a good strategist at this! We’ll have the East Indies covered within a few months.”

>The Abyssal Fleet Event part swiftly goes in Lucia’s favor, and now Erica exclusively takes the lead regarding Italy’s stagnant economy. The Allied Powers will not be alone within the coming months.

Erica: “Speaking of our nation, your Majesty, what about our own nation’s finances? Not to mention the recent spike of ‘quaking’ and some of our volcanoes impatiently wanting to blow their caps off. Say, is there any hope of funding our anti-migration campaign?”
Lucia: “I might be able to, we’re a long ways off from a prosperous economic era, but we’ll probably figure something out.”
Erica: “And I have something else to say, your recent attempts in ridding Gaia off your nation is what makes me come here the most important, so what was your dealings with them?"
Lucia: “For many generations, Gaia has long been my sworn enemy, evolving from the ground up relying strictly on faith and the old magicks, their so-called ‘Key’ is the power source that protects their turf from our incursions, so in retaliation, we rely on advanced tech to protect ourselves and mankind from them. Such a rivalry has been with the two of us for a very long time, but one day, I’ll put an end to that mess where it all started.”
Erica: “And I would be glad to help you on that when the time comes.”
Lucia: “You’re right about that, but Gaia is not my typical enemy, and there have been a bunch of allegiance changes among the many eras we went through that not all of us Lucians are as good-aligned. You see, becoming a Lucian is to know the realization of the truth and wanting to seek out the true meaning of reality itself through our subconscious, a metaphor of how we became them, and I am one of them.”

>Finally, the last tidbits of the three princesses’ energy for the day have come, and this is where the two princesses will try to prod her with the toughest questions of her life.
>And then, Julis begins speaking to Lucia in her most elegant tone.

Julis: “Your Majesty, I know that you’re planning to run an efficient realm of your own, but how you’re going to manage it? How will you deal with your forty-seven prefectures, your kin, and your officials?”
Erica: “And to add that to what Julis said, what is your true purpose of being here? Do you seek absolute power, do you seek separation from the rest of the world, or do you seek for a reunion for your country?”

>This very sentence was the very same ritual spoken to her at the time she became princess over 15 years ago when her planet was attacked by Chasers. Whenever a citizen wanted to become a Lucian even if they’re not associated with Lucia herself, these same three words is what drove her to lead her quest, and she chose Reunion.
>Julis is shocked; her eyes wide open in seeing something within her, whereas Erica smiles heartily as Lucia realizes her whole purpose in coming to Earth.
>This is when Lucia reveals the whole truth to everyone in the throne room.

Lucia: “As a well-respected queen from a faraway planet, the main reason I come down here is to let the world know that we the Lucians have a reason to stay. I want to seek reunion; it is my sole duty alongside my loyal kin to eliminate all our enemies from the universe, even if it means risking our lives to stop Legion and his affiliates. We fought him and his heretical accomplices for a very long time, and now it is my chance to lead my own guild in my fight to save my planet. We are not just an empire; we are… the Lucian Alliance.”

>And that is when the clock struck twelve, the two princesses snap out of their trances.

Erica: “Wow, we never knew we would be very delighted in having a grand alliance. Unfortunately, we run out of time, and we thank you for your time speaking with us.”
Julis: “I am very glad you didn’t even mention my kin, but somehow you reminded me that I am too share a common cause. We’ll that’s it then, we have to go. We’ll catch up with you sometime later.”

>The negotiations have finally ended, and Lucia resumes her normal duties. The Lucian Alliance has formed.

~Scene ends~

Lucia Konohana: "All Lucians, you are called in to return to our planet at once! This is a planetary-wide emergency! We got our own problems to deal with back home, and it's classified. This is Lucia; we're evacuating Earth, terminating all services abroad, effective immediately."

Eh, wot? I coulda sworn we still had a day or two! D:

21 days later

Some of Genji's 47 prefectural rulers is currently proposing an elective monarchy for my planet starting around Labor Day and will end on October 6th. They're all going to compete one another without bloodshed for the first time in Lucia's history in allowing five-year terms up to a maximum of two terms.

If the prefectural ruler in question receives the most votes before October 6 at midnight, he or she will then take the spot as the new leader next March 5th, the holiest day on Lucia, 11 days before the New Year that welcomes the forthcoming spring.

13 days later

Since my empress is still absent, I am sending an official final warning to Pravda's top leaders and advisors.

LucianDreamer: "Your land and naval forces are interfering with our territorial sovereignty, and I hereby warn you under Genji's permission that you must order your troops to turn back, or we will send every... single... last... bit of our available resources at you. You have already violated our July armistice and our economic sanctions through provocative militaristic action and blatant disregard of Her Majesty's authority, which clearly undermine our relations. We will give you no more than 3 days to respond stating that you are withdrawing and refraining from any future hostile acts against the Lucian Empire's regional security and her staunchest allies."

Above: Lieseltanian armies awaiting further orders from Julis whilst on standby near Pravda's extended western border via Poland.

~* * *~

>A few minutes after the warning issued to Pravda was given, they responded by ignoring Lucian's latest sanctions and initiated an aggressive crusade against the Axis.
>Lucian responds under authorization from the Genji administration to declare war on Pravda, with Lieseltania and Copper-Black Cross following suit. Scandinavia also shares its disdain with Pravda, especially Finland.

LucianDreamer: "You have ignored our latest response, and by the tripartite powers of the Axis, we are no longer offering any more talk other than initiating an all-out offensive on your nation and any of your closest allies. We're done here."

Above: All nations' top leaders aligned with the Axis officially declare their animosity with the Allied Powers. Those two angry girls represent Sweden and Finland.

Wuh-oh, that ain't good. Best of luck qt!

I've actually got some job-hunting to do myself, so this is good timing. Once things settle down, I'm looking forward to the latter half of the Prefectural Elections. ^^

This post relates to Hallokyo Event throughout the month of October:

Start of transmission

LucianDreamer: "One of our finest members of the Lucian Intergalactic Tactical Elite (L.I.T.E.) named Lucina attempted to notify you of multiple 10-57's [missing persons] somewhere in Gensokyo, but unfortunately, due to turbulence currents within the Hakurei Border that prevents telecommunications from passing through, we can't establish direct contact at this time."

Lucia Konohana: "What's going on, sir? I need a sit-rep!"

LucianDreamer: "Your Majesty, Lucina is in the dark, she tried to contact you, but the citizens of Gensokyo favor telepathy over radio signals. They are a backwards civilization, and had already sealed off our portal with that region. We can't even get her out."

Lucia Konohana: "Inform her when she finds a way to re-open the portal. I need to find out what's up with these people as soon as possible."

LucianDreamer: "The citizens wanted independence before we lost contact, and seems to be expansionist yet they disguise their intents as an isolated, hospitable species. Last time they visited us was just a couple of weeks ago."

Lucia Konohana: "I guess I just have the magical potential to do it."

>The Empress closes her eyes; she sees a dim picture of the town where Lucina's current location is. After about a full minute of total concentration, the image becomes fully clear, and she then speaks.

Lucina: "Dispatch, this is Lucina; I'm responding to numerous 10-57's over the 'Bridge of the Damned' zone, I am setting up a 10-83 [search pattern needed], I have three units with me. Confirm that this is a major emergency."

Lucia Konohana: "I got you, Lucina. You are cleared to close in on that area and resolve this matter ASAP."

Lucina: "10-4, Dispatch, I'm heading that way."

~* * *~

>I carefully monitored the Gensokyo region of our planet for hours now, it seems that there is definitely someone in charge of the whole realm, but we're getting no signs of the malicious presence. My Empress is making sure her citizens are still safe, but I caught upon the sight of two prominent residents fleeing for their lives just outside of one particular village.

>That is when I summoned her once again, prompting another emergency call.

LucianDreamer: "Um, your Majesty! You have to look at the plasma TV and see this. You're not going to like it."

Lucia Konohana: "What the hell they are doing? They should be tending at their shrine."

LucianDreamer: "They were on a typical yokai hunt, but it went badly and they're seeking a healer. Authorize your search party to investigate the source of the disturbance at once!"

>Lucia immediately uses telepathy to communicate with Lucina through her blue orb again. Lucina pulls it out and she speaks to her.

Lucia Konohana: "All L.I.T.E. units, respond to a 10-13 [physical assault] at Yokhai Forest!"

Lucina: "We're on it; we're not letting you down."

>As my Empress and I keep staring at the plasma TV, something isn't feeling right and I have to disregard my last statement.

LucianDreamer: "Looks like they don't want peace, they want to terrorize their own people to prove their superiority."

>Lucia is unfazed, she narrows her eyes and attempts to pry me further.

LucianDreamer: "I can see various elemental particles all around that place, one fatality just reported; it must be Marisa, her blood fully drained from a yokai. And then, there's people panicking all over, so is this really a domestic invasion or the start of a global conquest?"

Lucia Konohana: "Then by all means, I have to send in some heavy backup, we can't let Gensokyo fall into the wrong hands. They are reminded that they are still with us and a part of us fully."

Kotarou: "Lucia, what kind of backup will you send over?"

Lucia Konohana: "We will send in some of our 45th KanMusu Fleet to patrol the southern ports within the region, and if they even dare show themselves, I'll order them to shoot on sight any potential threat."

~* * *~

>It appears Gensokyo is protected by a magical border, which causes all of the warning shots from our armada to dissipate, thus preventing the 45th KanMusu Fleet from breaching in. Yamato calls in our palace, but we are getting a faint signal from the nether's turbulence.

Yamato: "A waste of valuable resources, your Majesty. We can't get in! Our shots won't go through! Some powerful entity must had constructed a complex dimension to keep away conventional factions from going in."

>Such a bold action that was made centuries ago must've kept outsiders from knowing their existence. If anything that can prove lowering the realm's defenses, it's up to Lucina and the party.
>This makes the Empress completely pissed, she orders the fleet to stay put until said otherwise.

Lucia Konohana: "Don't move until we have our L.I.T.E. units secure the source area, we may have the firepower and surprise, but they have the element of control far beyond recognition. Once the shields are down, move in and block their ports."

Yamato: "Understood, your Majesty. We're calling off the attack until given new orders."

LucianDreamer: "C'mon Lucina, we're counting on you on this mission. We're running out of time and patience for you to put an end to the incident before it gets out of hand."

End of transmission

Lucia Konohana: "This is not a drill, I repeat, this is not a drill! We are getting numerous red flag alerts coming from an imminent multi mega-corporate power grab across the entire galaxy. We are not the only civilization in danger of having our networks overtaken. I urge all planets in accordance with the Lucian Alliance Pact to negotiate in earnest with our interstellar representatives as quickly as possible. We don't have as much time on our hands, it must be stopped! Konohana Lucia, won't stand idly by!"

11 days later

Lucia is calling in another meeting with the Axis Powers yet again following the recent games, length of recorded talks is roughly an hour long.

>On a clear Saturday night within the palace's courtyard, Lucia Konohana strolls around the hibernated tree-lined road along the river at night when she approached two familiar faces: Julis van Reissfeld and Erica Blandelli. The only two Axis nations were still holding up to their common goal from the last meeting. Aside from seeing holiday-themed outfits despite the grueling reality surrounding their respective nations, all three appear to have supported the observation of holidays even in times of war.
>Surprisingly, the temperatures within the country's mainland remain stable for some time, all three are in their casual uniforms, they did not mind the breeze blowing east, and they chill out near the palace's entrance. Lucia in her black winter coat, Julis in her white sweatshirt, and Erica in her red shirt are the outfits chosen for the meeting.
>Lucia called the meeting to the two, and they agreed to the spot just outside the palace's walls. She then leads the talks.

Lucia: "We meet again; unfortunately, the powers of the West coaxed me into the rigged competitions to degrade my Empire's strength with the use of Silverplate weapons, in total disregard to the international ban on superweapons. In full condemnation of multiple nations, there would be no such major disaster solely to ruin our chances of maintaining a peace treaty from my predecessor. After incurring some major losses, I strictly put forth heavier sanctions on any nation barring the use of mass destruction weapons, and have these weapons discontinued at once!"

>The two Axis leaders immediately added on to Lucia's opening condemnation among the presence of flashing reporters.

Julis: "Your remorseless, vile use of ancient technology is completely a ruse to the tripartite Axis, dealing away with denial of compliance to our Order and glorification of violence within our home-fronts! Such in the way of attempting to liberate us in the name of your own ideology!? Your lust for pride will be shattered in nothing but lead and bauxite, your violation to our Empress' sovereignty will be met with swift retribution."
Erica: "The three of us has spoken, unanimously to condemn all those responsible for setting ablaze our majestic scenery with fire, death, famine, and pestilence, quoted the Apocalypse revelation. Do you know whom you have been messing with? Our short-lived honeymoon triangle has been ruined by the evils of a combined liberal-socialist coalition. We won't let you have your way, other than reducing you back to the ungodly Dark Ages, we will put you into the fiery depths when we have to, after all, elegance is bliss, but look at what you did, you say that ignorance is definitely your own bliss."

>Julis then takes over as lead of the next stage of talks regarding the forthcoming invasions, foreshadowing what is to come.

Julis: "Lucia, we know the feeling that we've been attacked by five nations, is it really true we need to fight back?"
Lucia: "Absolutely, they have gone too far, they want to expand themselves until it balloons over all horizons."
Julis: "Ahem, so what resources at stake can we take from them?"
Lucia: "The same way they always did in the previous few months, my engineers are reliant enough to hasten the completion of Carbon Fire, allowing the instant restoration of dead vessels into fullness, at the cost of memory wiping. Not only will my nation be shielded from future attacks in the far future, the project can bring benefits such as A.I. development, gene splicing, and engineering in infants. I was born this way, and I have to cope with it for life."
Erica: "How high does it really cost to revive all of our dead?"
Lucia: "As high as the construction costs the vessels had around a century ago, and right now the burdensome taxes implemented on us makes us nearly unable to carry out future operations."
Julis: "Do you have an alternative plan, your Majesty?"
Lucia: "Fortunately, my advanced technological developments has allowed our top-end soldiers to continue fighting past peak athletes' fatigue levels for at least up to a day or more, but it comes at a cost to their psyche from performance-boosted cortisol hormones in their genes. Someday, we will have the advantage against the West with this new ultra-high tech."
Erica: "Does it work on vessels too?"
Lucia: "It can, once it gets fully implanted into their genes right before birth, it only activates when engaged in combat, so it should become handy long enough to survive even the toughest expeditions, once fully kicked in, they can survive otherwise lethal damage for up to several direct hits before it cools down, giving us a massive advantage."

>Lucia then retakes the lead about the coming festival she will be hosting here in the palace, is she willing to put even disgruntled nations like Pravda and North America into accepting a four-week event and put a temporarily halt to the excruciating violence?

Lucia: "I rather we need more time to refurbish on our supplies, we been on rations for some months now, so the festivities will commence at full steam on Pearl Harbor Anniversary. And no, I am not staging another preemptive strike on that day. I don't want the pesky Western hemisphere infuriating my chances of celebrating my day, now would it?"
Julis: "Do all nations respect such a tradition or not?"
Lucia: "It better be, we have the authority to oversee their actions, but it is actually me overseeing the world to make sure they are following international rules, and if they don't, then I can assure that my power within this coalition shall not be put in danger, and I never in any way will abuse it."
Erica: "What activities does your winter festival contain, your Majesty?"
Lucia: "We will make new resolutions, clearing out old writings to make room, exorcising the evil spirits from our property, family gatherings/reunions, feasting, prayers for fortune, and meditating to cleanse away bad karma."
Julis: "That is really something of interest, Lucia. This could be the chance that your forthcoming next year is a lucky one."
Lucia: "Indeed, if only the rest of the world can keep their heads out of trouble. No superpower can threaten my Empire any day even in times of peace."
Julis: "You're still pending for your own guild, is it? When will the international community accept you as a renowned member?"
Lucia: "Time will only tell if they will finally let me run my Empire full circle, I can't stand that waiting period any longer, my people does not wait, either."

>Julis and Erica ran out of words to say by closing hour, their visit is exhausted when the clock struck ten in the evening.
Lucia: "Well then, I think it is time for you two to go, I need some rest, and my injuries are throbbing me to this day."
Julis: “All right then, your Majesty. Don’t let the pain get you in the way of your life."
