tn5421 I've cut out soda entirely and minimize the number of other sugary drinks I consume.
This is probably one of the biggest things. It's rather shocking how easy it is to consume ludicrous amounts of sugar when it's dissolved in a drink. At least with ice cream you start feeling sick after a while. I remember I used to drink pretty much nothing but fruit juice. Better than other soft drinks, but I decided to stop after I finally correlated them with my stomach pain. I still drink sugary stuff on some occasions, but I've usually had enough after one glass, and the rest of the bottle sits there for weeks until my mum just has to pour it down the sink lol. Water's surprisingly good once you wean yourself off the sweet stuff.
tn5421 My diet may need some adjustment, if I don't start seeing results after 2-3 months of stamina building I will consider a serious change in diet as well.
I think you should easily see results after 2 months regardless of diet (unless you really eat nothing but crap). I was shocked at how quickly my stamina improved after like, 2 or 3 weeks of running most days. Unfortunately, my IBS put an end to it, and I'm back to my sedantry ways.
